This hotel was just what we expected, and MORE. We had lived in ABQ previously for over 40 years, and this hotel provided "Southwest" charm to the max. The staff were most courteous and efficient!

Hard to Find

I had a hard time finding this hotel because there is a Marriott in the same area. The guy at the desk was not too friendly but not bad either.

Bad towels

The towels in the the room were terrible. Worn out. I have garage towels in better condition. Not up to Marriot standards.
