The cleaniness of the room was ok but I really prefer to be the first one to use the courtesy items, shampoo, etc.

Very Nice

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: Convenience and staff
Location: Great location, everything is nearby!
While I was in Albuquerque on personal business, I loved the convenience of this hotel to the highways. It was a short drive to downtown. The pool and the hot tub were enjoyable, the business center was very good, and the staff was very friendly. I had an good breakfast in the restaurant. I did not use room service but the menu looked pretty good. One negative was that ice machines and vending were only on even-numbered floors, and I was on the 3rd floor. I thought it was a good value for the discounted price I received.

More bang for your bucks, NOT!

Posted May 17, 2015
Hotel is located in hub of freeway interchanges and older part of town. Constant noise from highway traffic and trucks. Amenities need update, but the worst was the lack of cleanliness. I imagine in its day it was quite nice, but unfortunately appears to lack much needed attention to housekeeping and replacement of outdated carpets/woodwork. Did I mention the smell..... Pay a few extra dollars and go uptown.

Pleasant surprise in Twin Falls

Loved this hotel. Must be brand new, so had a Wow factor to it. Only downside was the coffee! It was too week for this old sailor, but really it was not much more than brown water.

Roach surprise

Posted Apr 14, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel has beautiful conference rooms and decor, but stops there. The rooms do not have refrigerator or microwave. They do not offer continental breakfast, and just one restaurant for breakfast. Was shocked to find cockroaches in the bathroom and when complained about it to front desk, was told that it was a house keeping issue. If your going for business meeting, I wouldn't get a room. Not family friendly.

Good room, convenient location, so-so service

Posted Apr 5, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel was nice and comfortable but maid service was not that great. No washcloths after the first day, even after requesting them. Called front desk first night for hypoallergenic pillow and never got a return call when they couldn't find a pillow, and didn't get one until the next day. The hotel is conveniently located however, near the intersection of I-25 and I-40.
