Good bargain close to airport

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: The staff is friendly and nice. The breakfast is tasty and offers healthy choices. Their shuttle service is great.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Near airport.
I will use this hotel every time I fly out of Albuquerque (I live in a remote area of New Mexico). The staff is friendly and nice. The breakfast is tasty and offers healthy choices. You can leave your car at the motel for 7 nights free of charge and then it's $5 a night for any more nights. The airport shuttle is very convenient.

Great staff, tiny pillows

Posted Jan 25, 2015
Pros: Great little pool and hot tub. Friendly staff
Cons: Beds were lumpy and pillows tiny.
Location: Not too far from downtown and university hospital. Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle.
The room was good. The beds were kind of uncomfortable and those pillows - about half the size of a regular pillow. However, the staff could not have been more accommodating and brought up extra pillows when we asked. Loved the soup, in the afternoon. A very nice amenity.

wonderful stay

Pros: the staff, the beds, the temperature settings in the room, the breakfast
Cons: n/a
Location: n/a
The staff at this hotel might be the nicest I have ever encountered. The rooms were clean and cozy. After driving 12 hours, the bed was welcomed with open arms. Breakfast in the morning had many options and the staff chatted with you and made sure you had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel stay in a while!

Posted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: friendliness of staff, cleanliness and comfort of room
The Albuquerque Airport is our closest large airport at about 215 miles, so it's important to be able to get there, rest comfortably and not be stressed about your trip. I don't drive in the city much, so I was already stressed when I arrived at the Day's Inn. The moment I walked in, the clerk greeted me with a big smile and a "Hello!, We've been waiting for you!!" My stress melted. She showed me where everything was & told me about their breakfast. She arranged for me to leave my car while I was away and was taken & picked up by their very nice & helpful shuttle driver. My room was so clean!! I kept looking for something to complain about but it was impeccable--oh, by the way, I was upgraded from 2 queens to a king at no charge. The pillow top bed was so comfortable--almost too much! It was actually hard to get out of! I will definitely stay here again next time I fly.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly.

Completely Satisfactory

The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained. The bedding is good, and they make their own soup! The staff is engaged in customer experience, and I couldn't ask for more.

Friendly hotel close the airport.

Pros: Sherlyn!
Sherlyn was a one-of-a-kind host to us from the moment we walked in. She greeted us and it was very genuine. She even made sure to call us at our room to give us another welcome and see if needed anything else. It didn't end there because continental breakfast in the morning was filled with so much hospitality because of her. She was constantly checking up on all the tables offering us seconds so we wouldn't have to get up. She really went above and beyond with what she did and made us feel so welcome. Thank you! Plus, the decorations in the hotel are so sweet and it goes along with the sweetness that is Sherlyn.

Enjoyed stay

I've stayed here several times and those times were a good stays. Only thing we kept mentioning to staff was having a fabric shower curtain changed. Water would get all over the floor and would have to end up mopping up with towels.

Pleasantly Surprised

Posted Nov 20, 2014
Pros: Great staff and well appointed.
After our previous nights encounter with a terrible hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this Days Inn was. It was a little off our travel route, but well worth the extra time it took to get there.
