“Impressive Quality”

Excellent Service, spacious rooms, great facilities and amenities, professional staff.

Area recommendations
Visit Old Towne, Sandia Resort & Casino, experience the Tram & High Finance Restaurant, and visit Maloney's Bar just 2 blocks away.
Getting around
Rent a car, it's easy to navigate.
Must see
Visit Old Town, but go before 5 pm and take cash. The local vendors have a great variety of handmade goodies. Take the Tram ride and eat at the High Finance Restaurant, be sure to make reservations.
Nightlife
The hotel bar was great, but must go to Maloney's just 2 blocks away. The hotel bar closes early.

“Good hotel choice”

The courtesy hotel van did not keep me waiting at the airport for a pick-up to the hotel and was available to leave the hotel at 5:00 AM for an early departure.

Area recommendations
Use the "D-Ride" to get around the downtown area. It will take you directly to the train station if you want to spend the day in Santa Fe. Great ride!
What to pack
Casual clothing for most any activity.

“clean and comfortable”

The room was nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel was kind of depressing because it is a business hotel and I was there on a weekend. I was very disappointed with the pool. It was on the second floor and tiny. Too small to swim in.

“"Did the job"”

Hotel was a typical business lodging at a downtown area. The best feature was use of the shuttle to and from the airport and nearby locations like "Old Town". Public transportation seemed less than ideal particularly during the weekend stay. Shuttle staff among others were welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Must see
The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center had a great performance and exhibits. If you plan on travelling to Santa Fe and Taos, the Center gives a great context of the 19 Pueblos in New Mexico. Also, we were at "Old Town" during a church festival.

“Disappointed From other Double Tree Hotels”

Upon arriving in the room there was a plate of food in the room, we called the front desk and told him about it. He said, just to place it outside and he will be up to get it and offered us a new room we declined seeing that it was only a plate of food. Then as my girlfriend went to use the restroom, there was still some nastiness in the toilet and immediately called the front desk to change rooms. The night guy was great with this problem, he was very upset about the situation. After that the stay was fine really good food.

“Will not stay ever”

Charging $10 for parking fee was not included in the itinerary. Also, the bath tub was clogged and had to changed the room. Then I found out they charge $50 for no reason and had to call the hotel to resolve it. Will not stay at this hotel ever.

Area recommendations

“Great place”

I have stayed here several times. Each time, the service is excellent. The only negative is the parking fee one must pay....other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel appreciated and pampered.

Area recommendations
ABQ is an interesting city to visit. It has museums everywhere. Downtown and old town are great places to visit if you are not from the area. You get a historic perspective that you might miss otherwise.

“Cheap, quick stay”

Offered free wi-fi and transport to the airport...room was nice and comfortable for a great price.

Area recommendations
Downtown is not convenient to many of the touristy areas. Not a very vibrant area of town...

“Slept Great!”

This was one of those "buy" before "you know" hotel deals. I had not done it before and wanted to try it. I got a great hotel and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff was professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Good coffee.
