“Loved it!!!!”

Room was very clean and big. Warm cookies on arrival was a great treat for the kids. Room service was very yummy! Loved our stay!

“One of the best in the area.”

We were greeted very good and they were very knowledgeable at what they did. They seemed to be very happy to help us and always had a smile on their faces. They had an exercise room that had all the things that I wanted to use and it was clean and smelled good. I needed maintenance once and they responded within 15 minutes and thanked me when he was done. They supplied me with transportation to where I wanted to go and were very prompt. I was very well pleased.

“Best Choc Chip Cookie ever”

I loved at check in they give you a hot chocolate chip cookie. My bed was very comfortable and hotel staff were pretty pleasant. Definately would stay there again.

“My stay in Albuquerque”

We very much enjoyed the stay at your hotel. The only complant I have is the $10.00 a day parking for guest. I don't feel like this is fair. You have us as a guest and we should be given free parking or at least a discount. Everyone was very helpful in telling us how to find the point of intrest we had. Cathy

“Kiva Auditorium”

The deciding factor was the fact the hotel lead right into the Kiva. This was great! The room was beautiful as well as had a great view. The price of the room was also very affordable and this too was nice. The only wish I had was to have been able to bring my pet.

“Best Overall Value for ABQ's Downtown”

Stay here if you want to be right downtown, close to all the action. Stay here if you want a very nice, comfortable room with great service, great views, and a few extra touches here and there. Don't stay here if you want a completely overdone experience, which you can find a couple of blocks away, but with a much higher price tag. This hotel has just been remodeled to give a more up-to-date feel to the lobby & bar/restaurant. A live salsa band is a regular fixture (Friday nights, I believe) on the hotel calendar, which is a nice way to start your night out downtown. Our stay was during the holidays and the view of the city's central plaza right below our room was absolutely delightful, complete with Christmas lights, garland, etc...

The staff was extremely helpful in giving direction. I was very satisfied my entire stay at the hotel.

“very good hotel”

The room was roomy (no pun intended when I wrote that) and clean except for a soda can tab I found on the floor. It was quite comfortable. The internet went out for the last two or three days of my stay, which was very inconvenient, but it was due to water damage and can't really be held against them. But the staff was really great. They were friendly and helpful, and they ran the shuttle for free for several hours on Friday night, back and forth between the hotel and the old part of town, and even came to get us well after they were done shuttling. If it weren't for the staff I'd give it a 4, but the staff pulled them up to 5.

“Comfort of Room”

The room is clean and spacious. The light bulb in one of the bed side lamps missing and the TV remote control needed to be replaced. The heating/ac is out of date, making such a loud noise from the fan, that the TV volumn needed to be adjusted up or down when the fan came on or turned off. the ice machine on the floor was broken.
