Good experience. Enjoyed my stay. I was there for business. Great food and shuttle service.

Front desk is excellent! A huge chocolate chip cookie is handed over during check in, which was a nice extra. There was an issue with slow drainage will showering, and another room was immediately given two floors up with the same spectacular view. Avoid the the restaurant at all costs. The worst staff in history, and the food was far below par. To be fair, the new GM is an excellent and friendly hands on type who is working assiduously to rectify issues within the hotel.... the restaurant issue will likely be better in short order.

Great staff, service and amenities. Free wireless Internet service but $8.00 for parking. Conveniently located to downtown attractions, restaurants, etc and certainly was enough for a weekend of househunting. I had no problems and would stay again.

A wonderful hotel far from the noise of the ABQ, while still being in the middle of the city itself. Well decorated, extremely comfortable and well maintained. The staff were a joy to interact with and let me HIGHLY recommend room service pancakes.

staying in a double tree in the heart of downtown, i was expecting the staff to be not so attentive to us- we were a large group with several kids traveling, with questions about family style restaurants, pool, towels etc. but the surpassed my expectations, went beyond to please. it was really really a remarkable staff. probably the best i have experienced in the 10 yrs traveling as a family.

Conveniently located. Quiet. Really nice for an older hotel. Not a lot of parking.

The condition of the lobby and hotel is wonderful, there is a cafe and bar in the lobby and you are greeted with warm cookies upon check in. The staff is very nice and we were treat well by everyone. We had a the two room with the two full sized beds. The bed feel much smaller than a queen but if you are there for a few nights it is ok. Also the pool is really a small lap pool on the second floor outside the fitness area. Great for business travelers but not great for families. The rooms have tv, free wifi and coffee machine, no fridge and good A/C. there is a small dresser and closet but not much room for more than 4 people and a 2 night stay. The view from the room is nice and the parking is closed off to keep your vehicle safe. I really enjoyed my stay.

Would of been better if they offered a microwave and refrigerator in rooms. The barrooms could have been cleaner.

The hotel was in a good location, however the staff seemed more involved with each other than the customer.

Check-in was extremely smooth and the front desk cler Michael was welcoming and friendly. However, I lost my keycard but got an unfriendly clerk that helped me. . The downtown area doesn't provide any entertainment; it was boring. Overall the hotel is nice but that was all
