Pleasantly Surprised

Posted Jun 13, 2015
Pros: The food options. Having both a free breakfast and dinner option was wonderful.
Cons: The speed of the elevators.
Location: We went to visit friends, so did not spend time out and about, although I understand there is a zoo and lots of new parks are opening up this year.
We arrived in Albuquerque in the late afternoon and were pleasantly surprised by the Kickback meal. We had a nice balcony and were able to open the door for some fresh air and additional lighting. We considered staying another night, but unfortunately did have to leave on schedule.

Quality

Posted May 23, 2015
Pros: Quality, Value, Friendliness
Cons: Selection of food does not vary much.
Location: We chose to go antiquing and we jumped around the city.
The Drury is our number one choice whenever we travel. Never been disappointed. I have seen the brand for years but had just not tried it. It's worth the dollar in fact you get your total value here.

An okay hotel with lots and lots of dog owners

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: The extra food they give you in the evening and the pool.
Cons: Please don't use strong smelling cleaning product! Baking soda probably would have done just well to get out other smells (dog?).
Location: The location is right near the highway and a major road. There is nothing but strip malls and corporate buildings within a 2 mile radius.
It seemed like there were dogs everywhere in this hotel. I can see how dog owners would love this place. The decor was dated, but the place was clean. The breakfast was sub-par for the price you pay for your room, and the snack/dinner thing they have in the evenings just didn't quite make up for that. Our room smelled very strongly of cleaning product such as might be used to try to disguise another odor. It was so strong that I got a bit of a head-ache from it, but the rest of the hotel was fine. The pool is great. My kids loved it!

Drury Hotels are awesome. We stayed in three on our trip and the rooms are clean. They are very dog friendly. The suites have plenty of room!
