Front check in clerk was absolutely horrible to deal with. Because of he lack of costumer service skills, I will never stay at this hotel or recommend anyone.

Comfortable, Clean and Close to Everything

My wife and I enjoyed our five-day stay. Staff was helpful and friendly, bed was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast custom-made omelettes was an unexpected bonus.

Most disappointing visit.

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Proximity to events in area!
Cons: Facilities management.
Location: NA
My wife and I have been booking this visit for our annual visit to New Mexico for years. However this year we experienced several negative incidents. (1) We could not use our room safe to secure our valuables after several attempts to fix and told it was fixed never secured our valuables. (2) Our bathtub each morning was tainted with back up from a plumbing issue. Overall the stay was very positive however these incidents were very negative and we have yet to receive any apology or positive explanation.

A family friendly environment with a wonderful breakfast, great views of the City and surrounding area, clean, friendly and comfortable. Second time I've stayed and will do so again.

Great hotel, great location

Spent one night in Albuquerque and stayed here for first time. Room was clean and spacious. Cooked to order breakfast was fabulous. Staff were very courteous. Only a short drive to old Town shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again!!

Great hotel close to downtown

Posted Apr 1, 2015
Pros: The decor is fantastic and the amenities are abundant. We were checked-in/out by wonderful staff and treated first-class all the way. Suite was A+.
Cons: Pool was closed for maintenance just after we arrived which was disappointing. The spa hours ended before we arrived as well.
Location: Located near the I-40/I-25 interchange. You have to wind your way to it, but it is close to downtown and easy access to most anything in the area.
We were very pleased with the appearance and very happy with the check-in process and the suite. We were treated to free drinks and snacks upon arrival. The decor was amazing and the amenities were plentiful. The free breakfast included an omelet bar and the food was great. Lots of free parking available. Great place to stay if in the area.

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: The quiet.
Cons: Someone had left the drain plug in the tub, so there was stale water still in the tub, but I was able to drain and clean out the tub.
The hotel was very quiet considering the hotel was full of high school students from around the United States staying at the same time. We were not disturbed by the noise. The breakfast was great and cooked to order.

So nice to have an excellent cooked to order breakfast, nice "happy hour", thick towels, comfortable bed, and lots of other things that make you feel at home.

A night in Albuquerque

Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: Clean, helpful staff, quiet, free drinks and free breakfast!
Cons: Keep the bar open longer
Location: I went downtown and uptown and all were within 15 mins of this hotel.
Really enjoyable experience. I drove p to a very elegant hotel, checked in with ease, unpacked, and enjoyed free cocktails and snacks. Great welcome and very nice ending to a long day!
