The worst experience I've had -Very disappointing

Pros: NOTHING.
Cons: EVERYTHING.
I stayed at this hotel because it had a balcony, and because we could pay at the hotel when we got there. Then, they put us in a first floor room with of course NO BALCONY. The room had twin beds (we needed Queen), and the bed skirts were so full of stains it was disgusting!! You can just image my horror. The bathroom was so small, me and my husband couldn't stand in there together. There was NO MICROWAVE - and this is a top rated hotel?? The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days, with stains every where. I could have stayed at a 1 star hotel and had a cleaner room than this. The twin beds were spring beds, I'm disabled, and it was awful on my back. The room we had reserved had memory foam beds - of course, didn't get it. I will never stay at a Fairfield Inn again and do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Balloon Fiesta hotel

Pros: Location was near a major highway and price was right during the Balloon Fiesta
Location: Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta.
We stayed for two nights while attending the Balloon Fiesta. The location of the hotel in terms of travel and access to sites was very good.

Balloon Fiesta

Pros: Location, lots of parking space and free hot coffee all day long.
Cons: Breakfast was good but could use a little picker upper.
Location: The location was excellent, near all the good eater and shopping.
Was at this hotel for the ABQ balloon fiesta for the first time and meeting up with friends.

Albuquerque Fairfield Inn needs renovation!

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Renovate the whole facility!
This is the first time I've stay in Fairfield Inn in Albuquerque NM and I was very disappointed with my stay. The whole facility looked dingy and dirty, my room was not properly cleaned, the bed was awful, the mattress was lopsided, uncomfortable and mattress had a big whole in it, Gross! I've stayed in the Flagstaff Fairfield Inn and was very comfortable, and cleaned! I will not stay in the ABQ hotel again nor refer someone to this hotel!

I would have given the hotel a higher rating if the hallways weren't so noisy. hotel management should consider putting springs on all the doors. Door slamming in the hallways was a real problem at night trying to sleep, but overall a good experience,

Cons: Updates to facility are needed.
Location: Location had available restaurants nearby and was close to major interchanges.
Quiet hotel with excellent pool, sauna, and hot tub.
