The room was fine, basically what you would expect for the price. Clean and functional. The fourth floor seemed to have a leaky roof with barrels just left in the hallway. Staff was great though!

Over all the stay was good. There were some problems with a discrepancy between what was charged on Expedia and what I was charged on arrival, but eventually that was worked out.

Unfortunately the staff were not welcoming at this property, the area felt a bit unsafe, and things just were not as clean as other Hilton hotels we’ve stayed at. Also, there was no hot water for the shower!

I booked the property because it had a hot tub. The hot tub turned out to be outside and was not hot. Big disappointment.

Good spot to stay in Albuquerque
Pretty nice hotel. Room was ok said. Small closet. No luggage rack. Did have a counter to put suitcase on 22in Ok size tv. Had an ice machine on every floor. Breakfast was pretty good variety of stuff. Near the Univeristy of New Mexico and the Albuquerque Isotopes Minor League team. Rudy’s BBQ was close. Close to Old Town not to far from restaurants. There was a bar and taco place 50 yards from the hotel

Front desk staff person was kind and patient. The lobby had a beautiful plant. However, everything seemed dirty and dingy. The whole place could benefit from a deep cleaning and some TLC.
