The staff was excellent. Brandon, the night staff who checked us in went above and beyond. The breakfast was pretty good and well staffed. Room was clean.

The property is fine and it’s not the motel’s fault but the number of homeless hanging around the gates is unnerving

In all our travels to and from Georgia, while using many Hampton Inns, this by far, was the worst!! There were homeless people on the street where the Hotel was located. We were told to park in an area where the night lights would shine on the car and we could see our car from the room. The elevator was not working!! and we were told this after we checked in! Our room was on the fourth floor!! We had to hand carry all our luggage up 8 flights of stairs to get to the fourth floor. I have severe arthritis in my knees which made this very difficult to accomplish. The area outside the hotel was scary, to say the least! This was the absolute worst hotel stay I have ever had.

The elevators were not working. They charged me $75 extra for having my pet, since your website does not indicate that the price confirmed on-line does not include our pet. Where we parked our truck with u-Haul trailer had no cameras in the back parking lot. This is our third booking within 3 months with Expedia and are very unhappy especially, since we have to stay tonight 3/22/24 at another hotel. Irma

The hotel was great. The elevator wasn’t functioning, but the front desk staff was working with everyone who was checking in to find a room that would work for their needs given the situation. Our studio was spacious, clean, and comfortable, breakfast was great, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The only reason for the lower score is the neighborhood. Driving into the hotel, there were several groups of homeless people lining both sides of the street, and the numerous signs saying the hotel was not responsible for damage to our car parked in their lot did not help put us at ease. From speaking with locals, this is not unique to this portion of Albuquerque. Just be cautious when parking to make sure you take everything in with you and lock your doors.

Desk staff was very helpful. Elevators not functioning. Compensation offered for inconveniences. Barking dog on floor. Room was tired. No mattress protection in use. Many random people roaming the area. Vehicle safety was in question.

This property is a mess. I waited in line while the only person working at check in issued keys to an entire bus load of people. Then he told me the only rooms they had left for me were on the forth floor and the elevator was not working so I’d have to use the stairs. Having just had knee surgery that wasn’t going to work for me. When I asked him if he could transfer my reservation to another Hampton Inn he simply said no and told me he would reverse the charges on my Visa. So, Hampton Inn left me without a room as it was getting dark. I’ll never stay in your hotel again!

The property was clean and looked nice. Unfortunately the elevator was out of commission. I had a third floor room and was not aware of this when I booked the room. This made for an incredibly inconvenient situation for me. My wife has bronchitis, my 16 year old dog has arthritis, and I have a sore ankle. I had to carry my dog up and down the stairs. Also the wall thermostat did not work. Our room was very warm during the night. I asked to talk to the manager in the morning, but she wasn’t in until 8:00. Marlane said that she would give me Hilton points. But as of this review, there has been none. I was quite disappointed with how our room worked out.

We had to make our own beds and take out our own trash. There was no housekeeping service for our room. I had to go down to lobby and get clean towels. We were there for 5 days.

Travelers should be aware that this Hampton Inn is definitely showing its age in terms of peeling wallpaper, worn carpeting, and very outdated room furnishings. The extra expense associated with a Hampton Inn stay as compared to the budget hotels that surround this property was not worth it. Additionally, staff appeared to be poorly trained - we were billed twice for the same room and it took multiple calls and almost two weeks to get the erroneous duplicate charge credited back to our card.

The stay and the hotel were was good. Staff was ok, but the surrounding area wasn't great. Not the safest location to be in, but the hotel and its property were well monitored. Not sure I would stay here again based on the area the hotel was located.

This property is at the very end of the strip of hotels. First thing you see entering the street is a lot of homeless running around. Secondly, the checkout situation was very disorganized. Only one person checking in people. Thirdly, the rooms are super outdated. Walls are thin. The hallway noise is insanely loud. The doors of rooms slam hard and a lot of people aren’t aware of that. The bathroom was rundown too. The faucet and shower head have hard scale. The floor tiles were coming up. And in the room I stayed in has a big gash on the ceiling. Probably, due to water damage. The mini fridge is super loud and so is the heater. Look somewhere else for one good night of sleep. I don’t think it was worth it.

This hotel was horrible. The pool was ice cold, my kids had blue lips after being in the pool for about 5 minutes. The bottom of the hot tub was falling apart and felt like walking on pebbles. The floor in the pool area was tile that was super slick when wet being a safety hazard. A bunch of the safety glass around the pool was cracked and shattered. Water pipes in the walls rattled, creaked and whined when the water was running. The breakfast had a sign for eggs but no eggs were servers and most the other items were barely in stock. The pillows were so flat that it was like not having a pillow. The power outlet by the bed had a cracked cover. The cost for this hotel was not worth the stay and I will probably never stay in a Hampton Inn & Suites due to this visit.
