Good location to explore the aera

Posted Apr 20, 2014
Pros: Very convinient location
Cons: Staff could be trained in costumer service ( Reception and Breakfast worker )
Checkin - unfriendly, rude staff - room easy, but clean, everything you need is inside. Breakfast not too bad, staff could deffinitly work to be a bit more friendly ( maybe a smile ) I did not like the tip box on the counter. It was a selfservice breakfast..................... You get what you pay for

Airport Convenient

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Had choice of pillows, but they were all too "firm". Front end staff were not overly friendly
Convenient from the airport and to UNM. Great for short stays, but would consider somewhere else with more amenities if staying for than 2 nights

Adequate Hotel

Posted Mar 24, 2014
The hotel was clean and cheap. Lots of banging noises in the morning though from hotel staff. Continental breakfast is nothing special, rooms are fairly spacious and the bed was comfortable.

One night stay

While eating breakfast there was a customer fighting in the lobby with another customer. Screaming profanity and yelling. The staff did not bother to call the cops or calm them down. So we just left the facility.

Location: The location was great. Near the airport, and very close to Univ. of New Mexico (the Pit).
This is a good hotel for the price. Nothing is great, but nothing is bad either.

Nice for the price

Posted Mar 11, 2014
This hotel was decent. The breakfast was nice and hot. Though the coffee was often empty and the hot water for tea was not hot at any time during our 2 day stay. The room was clean, with the exception of the large "decorative" square pillows, which had white pillow cases with brown and yellow stains. Hopefully they were stains and not just dirty. We didn't use them, the normal pillows were very comfortable and clean.

Convenient for the airport

Pros: The staff and the location.
Cons: The cleanliness of the room.
The hotel staff was simply outstanding. Very friendly and attentive to questions. The only issue I had was the room not being very clean.

Good airport hotel

Posted Mar 10, 2014
Pros: Friendly, can leave your car there for very small fee. Very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Near the airport--not much to do near by. Unless you take the shuttle to the center of town.
Easy to find. If you have to leave before the first shuttle they call a taxi and pay for it. Breakfast was plentiful but not exciting.
