An OK stayPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Location close to freeway
Cons: Location close to freeway!! LOUD
This was an ok stay for us. With so many options in the area for lodging, I would probably try something else in the future. The bed wasn't at all comfortable and the room was a little dated and could have been a bit cleaner. It was extremely LOUD next to the freeway.. hard to sleep. Nothing "awful" about it, just nothing that would bring me back considering the room price.

Great stay in great areaPosted May 20, 2014
Pros: The cleanliness, staff, coffee and water bar in lobby, pantry, view of Sandias.
Cons: Tv lost signal.
Location: Right by Abq Uptown with shopping, some good chain and local resturants within walking or short drive. New IMAX movie theater nearby too.
Hotel was great, check in was fast, staff were friendly. I had a room right near the elevators but surprisingly, I didn't really hear any other guests despite it looked like a team was staying at the hotel. Bed was nice and comfy, room service was satisfying. One thing was that a lot of channels on tv didn't have signal, front desk had someone look at it when I was gone, but unfortunately the one channel I really wanted to watch didn't work. Other channels were crystal clear.

Great uptown location close to nightlife and shopsPosted May 19, 2014
Cons: bedding quality
Location: Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. If you want a cocktail, don't forget your ID, or you won't be served, even in your 50s
Arrived for a late check-in, and the staff was pleasant. The room was spacious, but lacked a bath tub.

Friendly and CLEAN!Posted Apr 25, 2014
Pros: Pretty much everything. It is in a very central location which we found convenient.
Location: Shopping, great food......
The staff at this Hilton Garden Inn is excellent! The friendliest at any HGI property in our experience. The other thing that made an impression on us was how immaculate and well-tended the property is.

Had a great stayPosted Jan 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was a Mom's, Daughter trip. Our girls enjoyed the pool with the slide. Also, they liked the cookies every day. I asked for a room away from the highway and we got that and it was nice and quite. The staff was wonderful and helped us find a few places we wanted to go too! I will be staying here again!!
