Pros: Clean
Cons: Nothing
Lots to do in Albuquerque! Fun! Shopping, historical sites and museums. Of course the beautiful Sandia Mountains and the tram!

Lovely Staff Lumpy Bed

Posted Apr 24, 2015 on Hotels
The location was just the best. More important, was the attitude of the staff, in all areas. The food service guys and gals, the manager, the front desk and house keeping all made me feel welcome and that they were genuinely happy to see me each day. They knew me after the first day. The issue with the room was the bed. It was so hard and the mattress was lopsided. I could only lay in one spot on the bed. It felt as if a board was under the mattress.

Great place!

Posted Apr 12, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel was in a great location and it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating and personable. The room was on the non-interstate side and therefore quiet. The pool however, was fashioned like an amusement park and terribly crowed and noisy. We were there for two days and the housekeeping staff was nice and gave us more coffee. We will go back!

Good not great

Posted Apr 11, 2015 on Hotels
Unfortunately the water slide was not in service for our stay, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I often find it hilarious that we am willing to pay for a name, while a less expensive hotel is just as clean and comfortable. It was our first anniversary, and while it was quiet and clean, it certainly wasn't worth 130 for one night stay.

Great stay!

Will definitely stay here every time I am in Albuquerque. The entire place is clean and the rooms are very spacious (with great amenities). The pool has a great slide and everyone working there was very polite. Only issue, hotel food is a bit pricey for what is served.

Good airport access.

Posted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Good and enjoyable dinner, surprisingly in a small airport hotel location.
Cons: Lighting in the room -- was terribly dark.
Location: Airport location -- nothing to do nor did I expect anything.
Helpful staff, good and extremely early morning shuttle to the airport.
