“Exactly what we needed”

Used for one night, specifically for close proximity to the Sandia Casino. Room oohed great, walls seemed thin with next door having tv on very loudly. Didn't use any amenities other than included breakfast, which was pretty much a continental breakfast. For what we needed it was good.

“A Genine Welcome”

On arriving we were greeted with a genunine welcome. The reception staff were helpful to all of our needs. After a long day it was so nice to be taken care of. A surprise! Thank you!

“Non-smoking room still smelled of smoke.”

Room had been converted to non-smoking, but smell of smoke was still quite strong. Further action needed.

“Just another interstate motor hotel, but it works”

There is absolutely nothing notable about this property just off I-25 near the Balloon Park; it's lodging for the weary interstate traveler, no more and no less. However, what it does, it does well. Our room was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the highway; I'm highly sensitive to noise when trying to sleep, but had no difficulties at all. The included breakfast was adequate, and the service was helpful and polite. We would stay there again the next time we have business on the north side of town.

“Very pleased!”

I was very pleased for the money. The hotel offered a nice room! The bathroom was very small but the "room" with the sectional sofa made up for that! Staff was ok.

“Nice hotel near Albuquerque”

Room very nice; however, the shower head leaked and sprayed water up onto the ceiling. Some of the tv stations were not very clear, possibly due to the running of the hvac.
