Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Albuquerque Airport

I was a great room. I loved that it was so close to the airport since I arrived late.

Loved the comfortable bed. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and nice.

Desk personnel helpful with recommendations to local restaurants. They also let me use the business center computer prior to check in time.

We had a very good time, the hotel is very clean and close to everything. the costumer service that We didn't like. we ask on our chek in for a wine opener, the person at the front desk told us that she was going to look for one and bring it the the room but 2 hours pass and she never did. I call to front desk to ask again for the opener and she say : " we didn't found it! That's why we didn't bring it to you!!" In a very rude way.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Albuquerque and the entire experience was exceptional. The manager Deb accommodated me and my three children even though we arrived early and even upgraded our room. (join Priority Rewards). The room was super clean and comfortable and it made our last day in New Mexico memorable. The breakfast was great for families and had pancakes, omelets, ham, and biscuits with sausage gravy. I would recommend this hotel to families and business travelers alike.

Great attention to details. I often despair about things being really perfect but this hotel stay came as close as possible. No request was refused. Staff was totally helpful and friendly. Room was great. Very close to airport and restaurants and car rental return. Shuttle available for pickup when we returned our car early. Wake-up was gentle and food provided, even though it was very early AM.

I enjoyed everything except the wifi Internet was something to be desired. Very speratic in speeds. In the evening it was extremely slow to the point of not working at all.

Everything about this hotel was EXCELLENT! Hotel room was very clean. Breakfast was outstanding! The kids loved it, and there was always plenty of food, nothing ran out. Staff was wonderful- we needed a cot to a room and it was delivered very quickly. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Albuquerque.
