“Pleasant overnight stop”
We chose this hotel for its location on the east side of Albuquerque near I-40. We were pleased by the choice of nearby restaurants for our evening meal. The hotel has a very nice business center that accommodates several users at the same time. It also offers a generous breakfast. All personnel at this hotel were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was decent for a one night stay. The location of the hotel was close to interstate for ease of access to and from interstate. The street to get to the hotel was not clearly marked, easily missed if you are attempting to get to the hotel late at night as I was.
“One of the Best Hotles I've Stayed at”
I had to attend a week long conference in ABQ and needed to look for a comfortable, affordable, reliable hotel to stay at. I found it here at Holiday Inn Express off I-40 and Eubank.
“Safe Place to Stay”

“Hotel was great. Male clerk didn't impress me.”
When I called to find out what exit to take the clerk told to take the 177. As I hung up I saw saw the sign that said Eubank and was only at the 165. I believe it was those exits. I know he was 12 miles off. I nearly drove 24 miles out of my way to get there because of his mistake. There was a young lady at the desk that was very helpful and very cute! Pool was great! The door from the room that led out to the pool was no usable. It would have been nice but not a big deal. I noticed a security guard walking around the area. That is always nice in a big city.
“Great choice for the money”
The room was comfortable. Great shower head! Front desk staff efficient and pleasant. Continental breakfast was very complete, and included everything from cereal and yogurt to bacon and scrambled eggs. Staff kept careful watch over the breakfast and refilled items as needed. Plenty of table available, with comfortable seating for about 40 in the breakfast room.
“Good hotel, great beds!”
Overall a good experience. I would request a room away from the indoor pool - my room had a door into the pool area and voices echo and carry. My room key card didn't work two different times, thought the staff was very helpful in fixing the situation. The beds are great and the room was nice enough.
