“A Gem”

We spent two days at the Holiday Inn Express close to the airport, university, and I-10 interstate Albuquerque. Our stay was wonderful from entering until leaving. The staff was helpful, even when I called to next day for help locating a missing phone. The beds were very comfortable. A highlight is the roomy breakfast room with a full breakfast buffet. We will definitely return to this wonderful facility.

“Good Airport Hotel”

We were impressed with the hotel, until about 11:15pm when 140 teenage band members arrived - bumping, thumping and slamming doors. The hotel should have put all of the teenagers in the same area on the lower floors - and other hotel guests on the third floor. Also, the hotel was not able to keep up with 140 teenagers at breakfast. We were not able to eat breakfast at all because the line was always too long. We should have been told to arrive at breakfast early (although there was already a line at 6:30 when it supposedly opened and we arrived - and the line just got longer and longer.) Or some other breakfast provision should have been made for them. The hotel is new and clean. The pool and the fitess rooom were nice and clean. The shuttle was great.

“Super Albuquerque Trip”

All hotel personnel, especially the general manager, were extremely helpful in providing directions and points of interest. We are from out of town and were most appreciative of all their help. It was a nice touch that a before-hours breakfast was provided for those of us who attended the balloon fiesta activities very early in the morning.

“Excellent Choice for Airport Location and Service”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and provided numerous choices. There was even complimentary shuttle service to various downtown areas, restaurants, rental car facility as well as the typical airport. I shall stay there again, if I need to be close to the airport.

“Conveniently located”

while conveniently located with easy access to the airport, car rental return and major highway through Albuquerque, the surrounding area does not offer much. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are pleasant. This is a good place to sleep.

“A below average HI Express”

Not very impressed with this hotel. I've stayed at many HIE properties in my travels and this one ranks as one of the least recommended. The hand towel rack was broken and the bath towel rack was sagging off the wall. Shower presssure was weak. The sink drained very slowly. The omlet was rubber. Thank goodness for the cinnamon rolls and yoghurt!

“Great place to stay”

One if the best. Clean, friendly and good breakfast.

“Disappointed the pool was closed!!”

We specifically picked this hotel for the indoor pool. When we arrived, they had emptied the pool that day for cleaning so it was not available. EXTREMELY disappointing when you tell your kids all day while travelling...."We'll be swimming in a pool tonight!!!" If these cleanings are "scheduled" in any way, the web site should give you that information. On the plus side, the hotel was very nice, spacious rooms, good breakfast.

“Great Hotel For The Business Man or The Family”

I have stayed here three times while in the Albuquerque area. The rooms are very clean, the complimentary breakfast is great, and the staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The pool, hot tub, workout center, and the free use of the hotel computer room to check email are all nice perks. I defiantly recommend this hotel for anybody visiting the area.
