“Very good hotel”

The air conditioner was stuck on, though it may have been a result of it being too complicated to operate for how tired we were when we got there. The breakfast was good, and the scenery was superb.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting our family in Albuquerque, It is very convenient to shopping, to the interstate, and to Old Town. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly. We enjoy the breakfast, the breakfast area is very well maintained. The rooms are very clean and quiet.

“A great place to stay”

I was impressed with how helpful and upbeat the staff were. The Hotel is new and the rooms are spotless. Our bathroom was very large and the bed was comfortable. A choice of soft and hard pillows were laid out on the bed, but I recommend bringing your own pillow if you are used to sleeping with down. In the mornings we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The coffee was good and we could see the Hot Air Balloons in the sky from the breakfast room. Complimentary newspapers were easily available in the breakfast room. There was a gas station across the street as well as a pharmacy, and Old Town was located on the other side of the freeway. Parking was easy and the lot was safe late at night.

“Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Festival 2010”

If you're going to the Hot Air Balloon festival this hotel is not close by, you will definitely need a rental car to get around. It's only about a 15 minute drive to get to the fiesta park. This location is conviently located near the airport and right of the highway exit. If you're looking for restuarants/shopping etc it's nothing really in the neighborhood but like I mentioned, everything is accessible with a 15 -20 min drive.

“Fun in Albuquerque”

The hotel was very nice, the staff extremely helpful. We arrived early and they were able to check us in and had a room ready for us. The room were very clean, breakfast was great. We needed to change our room as it was on a very noisy street, and they helped us without any problem. The bathroom was spacious, the beds comfortable. The only problem was that the beds were very high, but once in the bed very comfortable. They staff was very knowledgeable about finding restaurants and shopping; and helped with finding historic sights and had ideas about sightseeing so that made the trip very enjoyable. Security was very good, felt very safe in this hotel.

We have stayed here before, and each time the hotel more than exceeds our needs. We were in Albuquerque for the balloon fiesta and it was a very good location. We could see the balloons from our window in the morning. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very considerate, the breakfast very good and the breakfast room was kept very clean.

The hotel was very clean and new-looking. We had a very quiet time--never heard any neighbors. I would stay there again, no question!

This hotel exceeded expectations and the information provided on Expedia's website was very accurate. This hotel had a native flare which was much appreciated. The pool area was very clean, the water warm and inviting...All common areas of the hotel very clean and comfortable...the staff was very accomodating for any and all requests...the room itself had all amenities needed by travelers...plenty of parking

“Great Stay”

Hotel was easy to get to. Staff was very helpful. They recommended a cafe in the Indian Cultural Center across the street and it was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I would definately stay there again if I'm in the area.
