“it needs updating--couch was like a rock! but it is a sleeper”

Hotel is convenient to the highways but not noisy. The staff was professional and helpful,efficient.

“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”

We got to the hotel after 1130pm having driving all day from Big Bear California. I asked the front desk clerk how much for a queen suite and he quoted a price that was MUCH higher than Expedia. He told me I had to book online to get deal. After that, he said it would take 20 minutes or so to update in his system. I went ahead and booked with Expedia and he tried to honor reservation right then, but wouldnt go through. It was cold and raining outside and we were traveling with three REALLY TIRED kids. He told me we could wait 15 minutes and he would check again. I said ok and went out to wait in car. After about 2minutes of waiting he came OUT to our car and told us he knew it was late and cold and he would give us the key so we could get some sleep and he would check us in when his system updated!!!! VERY NICE!!! The hotel itself was VERY clean, comfortable beds, big rooms, and very convenient off highway. I would go back there ANYTIME!!

“Surprisingly nice!!”

I had read the reviews and thought it'd be a pretty decent hotel. But it was even nicer than I imagined--frig, microwave, living room area, etc. Very comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast was definitely better than your standard continental breakfast. I was sorry I only had to spend one night there!

“Cleanliness and maintanence issues”

The front desk staff was extremely courteous, however, other than the hotel lobby, the place needs some desperate cleaning and maintanence. Our room had random hair all over the place that was not ours. Their wireless connection up to the fourth floor was pretty much non-existent. Our bathroom sink was clogged and the bathroom shower was a wild beast that sprayed water all over the ENTIRE bathroom. The rooms are set-up very oddly. Probably would not stay again.

“Needs maintainence”

Towel rack and shower head loose. cramped bath. Tv worked poorly until I fixed the cable THEN it had ONLY 36 channels and NO business channel.

“Great stay”

THis was a delightful place to stay. Good breakfast. And fresh cookies in the evening! My sister and I ended up with connecting rooms which was an extra bonus as we had not requested this. Great staff.
