“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”

We got to the hotel after 1130pm having driving all day from Big Bear California. I asked the front desk clerk how much for a queen suite and he quoted a price that was MUCH higher than Expedia. He told me I had to book online to get deal. After that, he said it would take 20 minutes or so to update in his system. I went ahead and booked with Expedia and he tried to honor reservation right then, but wouldnt go through. It was cold and raining outside and we were traveling with three REALLY TIRED kids. He told me we could wait 15 minutes and he would check again. I said ok and went out to wait in car. After about 2minutes of waiting he came OUT to our car and told us he knew it was late and cold and he would give us the key so we could get some sleep and he would check us in when his system updated!!!! VERY NICE!!! The hotel itself was VERY clean, comfortable beds, big rooms, and very convenient off highway. I would go back there ANYTIME!!

“great location in albuquerque”

Hotel was great. Breakfast was good. Neighborhood around was industrial, so not great for getting some exercise.

“Great Hotel”

Very clean hotel! Beds weren't really comfortable, but most hotels aren't anyway.

“Nice Hotel”

They took us in their shuttle to a UNM basketball game!! Was great. The lady at their breakfast bar is always very helpful (we have stayed here before) and always laughing and joking with us..

“satisfactory digs”

Nothing special about it but fully adequate on most counts. Room was very spacious and had a mini-fridge, important to us. Everything clean and well-maintained. The main problem was an extremely noisy heating unit.
