Bed comfortPosted Mar 3, 2014
The bottom sheets were too small and we had to get up twice during the night to put the sheets back on.

So convenient, great price!Posted Feb 27, 2014
Pros: Convenience. Nice room.
Location: Albuquerque International Airport, Applebees, Waffle house, Village Inn, Fudruckers, Isotopes Stadium, University of New Mexico
For the price, this was a great buy. Often airport hotels inflate their prices because of the location. This was a very nice hotel so very close to the airport. Also, it was quiet considering the close proximity to the airport. Note that breakfast is served until 9:30... so don't sleep in too late!

Nice room but probably wouldn't stay again.Posted Feb 17, 2014
The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed the indoor pool, but that's the extent of what we enjoyed. During any encounters we had with the hotel staff, they were not friendly or welcoming - often didn't even smile. When we requested a late check-out in the morning, the girl rudely said that we could only get 30 minutes extra. The room was also outdated and didn't have any of the extras that I expect when I get a suite - the alarm was still an old clock radio without even an auxiliary input. Overall, I could have spent the same amount and got a nicer room somewhere else, and with better service.

Nice, Clean and Comfortable RoomsPosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable and clean
Cons: Staff responsiveness. Making hot water available for the showers.
Location: Location was good.
I stayed here with my two kids and boyfriend for the weekend. The rooms were nice, clean and very comfortable. The shower was the only thing in the room I didn't care for when we took our showers the water was cold for each of us. The pool was nice but had to go back and forth to ask for towels. I loved the fact that they offered free WiFi, they had a fast connection. When we went down to breakfast all tables were empty but dirty. When we asked for a table it took the staff 20 minutes to clean a table for us. One lady had started cleaning a table and then disappeared and started serving herself a plate from the buffet. There was no plates for the buffet and the buffet was practically empty. When the staff brought out more food, the food was hard. Will not be choosing this hotel again.

Nice and Clean, Awesome Breakfast!Posted Feb 11, 2014
Pros: The restaurant, cleanliness and comfort.
Location: Airport is close, but I checked in at 9pm and left at 8am so I didn't do much sight seeing.
I stayed here on my way to Utah with my husband and two kids. The room was clean, nice and the shower was good. So many times you can run out of hot water, but not here. Including tax price was only $90.40 for one night and that included breakfast, not the nasty Continental breakfasts like at most hotels, but an actual sit down restaurant with excellent food! You get waited on by the nicest people;) I will definitely be staying here again whenever I'm in Albuquerque!

Fine for location and pricePosted Feb 1, 2014
Cons: Room service
Location: This is an airport hotel. If that is where you need to be, this is fine.
This is one of a dozen or so nearly identical hotels near the airport. Its clean, has a pretty good selection of cable t.v. stations; free wifi (the speed is pretty good, but not great); free parking; and a small exercise room with four pieces of good equipment (bike, step, treadmill, and weights). There is evening room service, but it is pretty marginal, and has maybe seven items total. There isn't a free breakfast, but there is a full restaurant in the morning (no buffet during the week). Staff is friendly and responsive. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Convenient for the Albuquerque SunportPosted Jan 29, 2014
Cons: It would have been nice to have a map of nearby restaurants. I asked fo one, but it wasn't available.
Location: Don't really know what's nearby except the airport. Again, a map would have helped. Still, I was looking for convenience to the airport and got it.
Our stay was brief at the hotel. We chose it for its access to the Albuquerque Airport. It fit the bill for a stay prior to our departure. The one staff member we met was very nice and helpful. One tip for people flying out in the morning from ABQ, there didn't seem to be breakfast options that would have been as good as the restaurant at the hotel. Unless you are in a big hurry, you might want to enjoy breakfast at the hotel, even though breakfast is not included as part of the stay.

Nice hotel near the airportPosted Jan 26, 2014
Nice staff, pleasant room, shuttle service timely and driver very helpful. Breakfast starts too late, 7:30 am, so you're stuck getting something to eat at the airport at exorbitant prices.
