It is slow as it is doing the work of two elevators. We are under renovations; you should have received a welcome letter from us which lists the renovation as well as hours of our amenities.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by those around you being inconsiderate in the night, in the future please contact the front desk so we can take necessary actions to attempt to quiet those around you. We are not a party venue and the slide is an amenity at our hotel with varying hours. I recommend booking your childs next birthday party at one of the community pools in the area. Thanks for the review. You booked a Holiday Inn and Suites, not an Express that offers the free buffet. As we are a different class of hotel, we offer a full service restaurant that prepares dishes to order. You did receive one adult meal, which was included. However, your children were not included and therefore had to be paid for. We only offer complimentary breakfast to children under 11, which is clearly stated.

We do apologize that the waterslide is only open on weekends. Unfortunately, there is limited space online to list hours. We do have a welcome letter that goes out when bookings are made listing hours and days.
