Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque Airport

actually I made a reservation for 2 people + 2 beds , however they did not prepare those type of room. I got Room 310 (with huge "Meeting desk" and one Bed room) , Two men's in one Bed ?!. I called them to give us another room , however All rooms are booked. I asked Staff to bring additional Bed, but they did not prepare at all. Finally They supported Bed's stuff to our room , but they left them in front of our room then gone somewhere. I thought it's very rude....they should have come into my room and help Bed making at least. anyway, I don't want to stay there next time and they need to improve their quality more.

The room was beautiful and spacious. However, we were very surprised upon entering to find a paper coffee cup on the table, used towels in the bath and a half-eaten chocolate bar in the fridge. I was scared that the room was already occupied so I contacted the front desk. The person at the desk was very polite. He reassured me that no one else was in that room and offered to change our room for us. However, it was 10:30 PM and I was traveling with my 80 year old mother-in-law so I declined. However, I was VERY disappointed that the room was not cleaned.

The shuttle service was there to pick us up from the car rental return within 5 minutes. The shuttle driver was super polite and very nice. Made us feel very welcomed. When checking into the hotel the front desk clerk was very nice. The room was amazing. Spacious, clean and had alot to offer for our stay. We had 4 adults in that room and it was not crowded at all. The breakfast could have been a little better for the premade items but overall it was good. The shuttle driver was there within 5 minutes again to take us to the airport. I would totally stay there again and recommend it to all my friends.

The first room had food left in the refrigerator. Called and they immediately came up and moved us into a new better suite. Very responsive. Could vacuum floors better or more often in rooms that have kitchen/eating areas. Staff very responsive friendly and took care of any issues/questions. Breakfast was a full type breakfast and very good. Eggs meat potatoes, fruit, cereal breads etc. Coffee was a bit watery

The BEST place yet. Was hard to get to, had to take the scenic route through the airport garage, but once we arrived, everything was beyond expectations. The room was beautiful, comfortable and surprisinly quiet. I have 2 picky teens and they loved it. Not convienent for shopping, if you want to walk, but if you dont mind a short drive to the mall or Zoo, it is definately worth it. They even had Bath and Body toiletries!! Will recommend and stay again!

Your front desk employee was very rude. I wanted to leave because of that but I stayed because I would have forfeited my money, but other than that I enjoyed the hotel.

A fantastic stay, very big room, nice guest services, good tasty breakfast. When I go back to the ABQ I will stay at this hotel

Clean pleasant facility

I was looking for a place close to the airport and wasn't too picky. This hotel offered so much more including a shuttle from the airport close to midnight, a great breakfast and a relaxing environment. Truly pleased!
