Super quick check-in. Nice and friendly staff. Room is huge and perfect for our group of 7. We got a 2 bedroom (one room has a king bed the other room has 2 beds), 2 bath, living room (has a pull out bed) and kitchenette. Room was clean and comfortable. Property has an outdoor pool and basketball court which kids loved. Would definitely stay again.

Great Hotel
Rooms were amazing! We had a suite with two bedrooms and two baths. Perfect for our vacation with four of our grandchildren. We had a king bed in one room and two queens in the other, plus there was a pull out couch in the living room and a full kitchen. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of variety and everyone enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay again.

Dont expect a Homewood style of service in this location. Poor breakfast service. Most of the customers were just told no breakfast even though it's 8.15am This happened on the new year. Rooms were ok. Anyone can listen to a conversation inside the room.

We stayed here for a night everything was good in the room we had. Only thing i would say was that the family that was above us kept stomping on the floor running around all night called the front desk she said she was going to check it out but that she has heard nothing after i called it didint stop stomping kept on all night breakfast wish had a better variety

Do not stay here!
Our bedding had not been changed from the previous guests. Front desk attendant delivered clean bedding to our room for me to change! Black out curtains broken. We closed them with hair clips. Bits of old food along perimeter room. Charged us 25$ more than stated oh hotels.com for pet fee.

Family Christmas 🎄
We were traveling for Christmas with the family, this hotel was great. There was enough room for everyone, it was clean, comfy, and the breakfast was way better than most hotels that we have stayed at.

Poor sound insulation made for a looong night
We only stayed the night while stopping through on our way to Colorado. The hotel was clean, had appropriate space, and friendly staff. However, there is extremely inadequate sound insulation. The people above us checked in somewhere between 1am and 2am and woke us up with whatever they were doing to unpack and this continued well until 3 or 4 am. There was stomping and slamming of drawers or at least it sounded like it. I did ask the front desk to ask them to tone it down, which they say they did, but the loud banging and stomping continued to wake us up until they were finished. This did not allow for the rest I needed after driving about 10 hours with another 6 or 7 left to go.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The hotel itself was ok and clean. However, the service was terrible. The hotel internet didn’t work at all for us. The signal was extremely poor and we couldn’t connect to it. We ended using the hotspot on our cell phones .. which was also not very strong inside our room We had to request multiple times for room service and finally got it on day 4. Even then , the service was very lackluster. The ice machine and the laundry on our floor didn’t work. We had to go to a different floor. The breakfast was average. They were constantly running out of items and we had to ask for things like bread , juice etc. It was supposed to be a fullly equipped kitchen.. but there were very few cooking dishes and even the ones that were there were very dirty. We ended up buying dishes Overall very average hotel . Will not recommend

I would say it’s a fine hotel but the carpet and doors to the bathroom are dated. There’s a slight smell to the carpet so j was nervous to walk around with no shoes on. There was yellow stains behind the door in the bathroom and black around the cracks do the tub, title, and one phone frame. They were super nice at check-in

the property was clean, the room was just like the pictures and very clean as well. very close to the airport. but you don't hear a lot of airline traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very professional and pleasant. I will definitely stay there again.

We were told the hotel was overbooked and we couldn't have the room we reserved then we waited 2 hours past checknin time because they didnt have ANY clean rooms. We were told repeatedly 45 min wait for cleaning then after 2 hours i demanded the next clean room and 10 mins later we had a room but i wasnt a king suite nor a mountain view which we paid for. We didnt even get a discount or apology or anything.

Homewood Suites by ABQ was perfection for our trip to Albuquerque. The hotel is so close to the airport/rental car return, it's not a mad dash out the door to get to the car rental return on time, which is an added bonus with a 4 yo and an 8 month old. The hotel is also 10-15 minutes away from ALL the things. Whatever you want to do, hop on the 25 super quick and you're there. We were able to pick our room on the Hilton app the day before, which was super convenient. We arrived early to the hotel, and was told the room wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes or so, so they offered us the lobby and a remote to entertain the kids while we waited. The room was ready 10 minutes later. The breakfast is included, and I was expecting hot water with instant oatmeal packs, cereal, juice, pastries, etc. But no. The breakfast here was awesome. Freshly cooked hot foods, DIFFERENT hot foods everyday, juice, coffee, fresh oatmeal, fruit, toast, mini muffins, a waffle maker...it far exceeded my expectations.

Our room was spacious - got two bedroom suite even though it was just my wife and I. The room is a bit worn and tired but the bed and pillows comfortable. We were on the 4th floor and very quiet. No basket on the coffee machine so we weren't able to use that, but otherwise everything was fine.
