Pros: The hotel had indoor pool.
Cons: Get different beds
The beds were horrible my bf & I were in pain the next day. We found out sleep number beds are no good. & head housekeeping came in room without knocking >:/

Hotel staff was very helpful at check-in. I had booked online and they did not have my reservation in their files but quickly honored my reservation. The bed was comfortable...a sleep number mattress! I was only there for the night but all accommodations were great!

Extremely fast and friendly check in. Nice rooms. Easy access on and off interstate. Close (walking distance) to a variety of dining and shopping options.

Run down

Posted Jan 10, 2015
Pros: Can't think of anything.
Cons: Needs a complete revamp/renewal
Pretty run down hotel. Desperately needs a facelift. Primary draw seems to be swimming facilities....if you aren't going for that it doesn't have much to offer.

Too cold!

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: The room had a very nice tv with a good variety of channels including HBO.
Cons: The showers should be updated and the hotel should increase front desk staff for busy nights. Heating system needs an update.
Location: There is a water park on site. The Whole Foods is across the freeway.
We stayed New Years Eve and the hotel was packed. We waited 30 min to check in and weren't delivered our crib until 8pm. I took a shower at 7pm that was at best lukewarm. My husband and I both woke up cold after midnight despite the thermostat being set to 75 degrees. We will not stay again.

Acceptable for price, but concerns

Posted Jan 1, 2015
For $55 this was an acceptable experience. The room was comfortable and the general areas are very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly. There was mold growing in the shower. The internet would not work. When we called the front desk we were told there might be bandwidth problems. I tried late at night and early in the morning. This needs to be fixed or stop advertising internet availability. I needed to work and couldn't. We couldn't get in our room one evening. It would open but it would then stop as though the chain latch was catching. Someone came and was able to get in, but didn't even attempt to see what was causing the problem. The screws were loose. My husband tightened the screws himself. This should have been checked when we had to get help getting in the room. There were three of us in the reservation, but we were only provided 2 towels and 2 wash clothes the first night and 2 towels and 1 wash cloth the 2nd night. We were able to get additional at front desk, but we shouldn't have had to do that.
