The hotel sheets and towels was dirty

Posted Jul 17, 2014
The hotel was in a good location between albuquerque and rio rancho. The bed sheets and towels were dirty with stains on them. One night we asked for towels and they didn't have any clean ones and made me walk to the front counter to get it. I will pay a little bit more to stay somewhere else next time.

Not bad

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Was an easy exit off.
Cons: We had a bad remote for the TV. The ice venting machine was closed on our floor.
Location: This was just an over night stay for us on our journey.
We thought for the price the hotel was not bad. The breakfast was nice from waffles you make to just muffins.. didn't have a chance to swim. There was road construction on the frontage road which is how you get to the hotel. That was a medium problem. We would visit again. Stayed 2 days

great deal

Nice to see staff that made us feel welcome and concerned with making our stay pleasant. Also got the feeling that they cared about making us a return customer. Will definitely stay again when in Albuquerque.

Decent hotel for the price

Posted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: Good price
Location: North side of Albuquerque, right off I-25 good spot to stay if you're passing through.
The hotel itself was a decent stay for the low price. We arrived late and found a nice enough late night clerk to help us get checked in. There was construction around the entire hotel which made getting to the hotel a pain, but construction doesn't last forever.

Worse customer service!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Posted Jun 17, 2014
Cons: Change the manager or the staff and teach them how to properly provide customer service.
Booked the hotel last minute through Expedia since my sister was coming to visit me - got a room with 2 beds. When I went to check in, the person at the desk (possibly the manager) was already not a happy guy, and when he asked me how many people was staying, I stated "2". He then proceeded to say that I booked the hotel for only 1 guest. I said, that I didn't know I did, but I meant to put 2 since I got 2 beds (obviously). So he said if I wanted to have an extra person, I should have stated that because there is a $10 extra charge. Don't get me wrong, $10 extra is not a big deal, HOWEVER, the way the guy handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. He made a big deal as though I'm trying to cheat him out of $10. I said, "Well, obviously I picked 2 beds for a reason - since I was expecting another person." He told me, "Well, then you should have put 2 people. Like how you chose how many nights, you should have chosen how many people." Honestly, I just didn't know what was the big deal, as to why they would even charge extra if the room stayed the same regardless of one person or two. If he had good customer service, he would have apologized for the misunderstanding and stated that there is an extra $10 charge and I would have been ok with it. But the fact that he treated me as though I'm some incompetent guest who's trying to steal $10, is extreme offensive. AND! The hotel ain't even that nice! I ended up not staying there and didn't bother checking in.

Average Hotel

Posted Jun 9, 2014
There's nothing special about the hotel. It's pretty average. The only problems were that we didn't have a working remote and the refrigerator didn't stay cold.

Would stay there again

Posted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: wifi, night staff, and breakfast (although, I'm not picky)
Cons: door locks
The night employee was great- very helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was great! I really liked the in-room refrigerator. The wifi was easy (and free) to use and I had no security concerns. On the cons side, the door locks needed multiple swipes for the door to open- a very minor issue.
