Pros: Rate
Cons: Better cooling
Location: Locations is great. Right off the freeway, and easy to find
It was an okay to stay. The rooms were nice, and the staff were excellent. In the upper floors seemed a bit stuffy.

Perfect!

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: Possibly a few more choices on their 24/7 in room menu.
Location: Convenient to airport.
Loved this hotel. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Our room exceeded our expectations. We ordered dinner in from their 24 hour menu and it was ready for us quickly. The food didn't disappoint and it was reasonably priced. The breakfast in the morning had a nice variety of hot and cold choices. We were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay there again when in Albuquerque.

Awesome as always

Don't settle for less. The breakfast is best with eggs, sausage, ham, and all the normal continental items. The rooms are clean, roomy, and the mattresses are comfy. The staff is friendly and kind. The money you save on breakfast is worth the little extra you pay to stay here.

The Place!

Close to the airport, free airport shuttle a plus. Small lite café if you need food. The included breakfast was so so...and we had to wait for coffee. But overall it was a good experience. The front desk staff was professional and very helpful.

Raining in our bathroom

Posted Jun 21, 2014
Pros: Its close to the airport and rental car return
Cons: There are a number of hotels of similar class near the Albuqueque airport. I would recommend staying in one of the others, rather thant the Hyatt.
We got in very late off the last flight into Albuquerque. There were only rooms left next to the elevators (our fault for getting in so late). Shortly after getting in bed at 1:00 am, I start hearing water dripping in the room. After turning on all the lights, we saw water running out of the light fixture in our bathroom. I called the front desk who said they would find out what was going on. 20 minutes later when I had not heard back from the front desk, I called again to find out that they were unable to reach a repairman and the people in the room above us would not respond to their telephone (I still wonder if we would have ever heard back from them if I had not called). The front desk offered to move us to a different room, which would have required us to get dressed and repacked. Instead we asked them to bring an armload of towels to put on the floor of the bathroom. At 2:00am we went back to bed. At some point during the night, the dripping stopped. The Hotel management did not seem particularly sympathetic to the inconvenience caused or eager to call us and let us know what was going on. Also they didn't feel compelled to offer any compensation for the trouble, which I found odd, based on prior such experiences at other hotels.

excellent suite hotel very near airport

Pros: Staff very helpful. Room designed to separate sleeping space with lounging space. TV huge and would swivel to watch from living and sleeping spaces.
Location: Less than 1 mile from auto rental location at airport. Near highways to go to historic downtown.
At the end of a 2 week Southwest tour we needed a restful stop before heading home. This was the place! Great concept with the hotel food. You call the grill and they make up a reasonably priced meal. You can carry up to your room or eat in a comfortable dining room.

Unpretentious. easy. personal

Staff talks with customers, not to them. Tiny "restaurant" but clean and adequate for busy travellers. Many hotels' amenities obstruct easy travel. Here, all the basics are taken care of very well.

Good Hotel for the price.

Pros: Breakfast, room size, price, location.
The room was spacious, the staff were nice and helpful. The hot breakfast wasn't as big as I thought it would but was overall good quality. There was a stain on the carpet in our room below the sink but that didn't really bother me and the room was clean.

Albuquerque

Cons: However, when I left, the front desk (at 5:15 AM) told me a completely wrong way to get to the Hertz rental car return.
Front desk very cordial and accommodating getting me a room that was very quiet.
