Very nice hotel

We came to visit our daughter and granddaughter and the hotel was very nice, your staff was amazing. I myself went downstairs to the lobby looking for a fruit cup and there was not any so I ask your staff member and he said "not a problem I will make you one" and he was awesome and I have to commend him for making it for my granddaughter she loved it!

Nice hotel in a shopping & food district.

Perfect location just off the highway. Plenty of food choices within a 2 block stretch. Some well established retail stores also in the immediate area.

Good location

This hotel is right next to the uptown's big shopping area and was very convenient. Stuff were friendly and my kid loved breakfast menu.

Not pet friendly

Cons: Clarity in stating the pet policy.
I booked my reservation through Expedia. Searched for a pet-friendly hotel. After 10 hours of driving, I arrived only to find out at the front desk that pet friendly meant dogs only. Expedia did not make this clear. I had to then begin a search for another hotel. Very disappointed Expedia and Marriott.

Great Uptown Albuquerque location.

Cons: It would be wise to flip the mattress in room 602. The right side of the mattress (as you face it) is depressed, compared with the left side.
As in the past, my experience was just fine, except for the mattress issue noted below.

Not worth the money.

On Expedia they did not list any pet fee. When we got there it was $75. The bed was very uncomfortable. Me and my girlfriend both woke up with sore backs. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the wal and tile appeared to be very dirty. For a Hyatt you would not expect this. This place is not worth the money and will never stay there again.

Great hotel / Great staff.

Stayed here while moving for just an overnight. Staff was great at check in and very helpful in getting us a ground floor room since we were traveling with pets. Room was great - very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good - much better than comparable hotels. First time at a Hyatt Place and will look for them in the future on business trips.

A nice little hotel

The wife and I visited this hotel for a little staycation. Everything is very well maintained and the location is conveniently next to the Uptown shopping district. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The only downsides were an oddly slow elevator, the need for a deposit hold on your credit card, and a breakfast that didn't quite live up to its hype. Overall, pleasant place to stay with some nice furnishings.
