No PowerPosted Jul 11, 2014
Cons: See above.
There was no power to the building in the morning, which might have been why the wakeup call was not timely. The weather conditions the previous night had been mild and there was a rumor that the power disruption was part of a scheduled outage. If that was the case, the power outage should have been better scheduled and communicated to the guests of the hotel. That said, the staff was very courteous and the room clean.

Not impressedPosted Jul 8, 2014
Cons: Free internet and free parking would be great.
I did not like the idea of having to pay for Parking and for internet service. Most hotels have that for free. Not impressed at all.

Expectations loweredPosted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: The FORQUE Restaurant, staff and food was excellent. The fitness center had a good range of equipment with moist cold towels to cool off with. Nice!
Cons: Clean the carpet in our room and put a plug where the coffee maker is located. We searched the room for a plug to make coffee with.
Location: Great location downtown, easy to get anywhere in Albuquerque from hotel.
We booked and paid in advance with Expedia for a 4 night stay with Hyatt Regency. When we checked in, we discovered parking and in room WiFi was not included and would cost extra. Hotel agent was kind enough to include parking at no extra charge, but we used our wireless devices for internet access instead of the hotel's WiFi. The carpet in our room had stains and the cover to the AC/Heater was detached making a rattling noise during the night. We expected more from a Hyatt Regency. The fitness facilities were great and the food in the FORQUE Restaurant was EXCELLENT! My wife had called ahead to see about getting a room upgrade, but the rude hotel agent informed my wife that because we had booked with Expedia, we were not allowed to upgrade. Seems odd, don't your think? A customer is a customer regardless of what method you use to book. Overall, we expected more for our money and got less.

Great, upscale hotel.Posted May 23, 2014
Pros: All of the staff were so friendly and attentive. I really appreciated that they had a Starbucks in the lobby.
Cons: The towels could have been fluffier.
Location: This hotel is downtown and in walking distance to several restaurants.
Demetria handled our check-in. Wow, what an asset to this hotel! She was so friendly and caring, we felt very welcomed and valued as guests. Everyone we interacted with at this property was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We dined at their restaurant, Forque, and had a lovely time. Our waiter was very attentive and the meal was so good.

Very nice hotel stay. Friendly staff!Posted May 19, 2014
Very welcoming staff. The restaurant located on the first floor has the tastiest red chile chilaquiles I've ever had! Will most definitely come back to the hotel whenever we go back to Albuquerque.

Location is goodPosted May 19, 2014
The hotel is tired, needs updating. Bathrooms need to be updated, faucets didn't work properly, lobby restrooms were dirty and lacked toilet paper.

Conference hotelPosted May 9, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Staff should be aware that their recommended eating place QBurger was closed.
Location: The Rattlesnake museum is a lot of fun and you get a bravery certificate for attending!
Comfortable conference hotel, clean room, nice gym and pool. Not that many nice places to eat within walking distance
