Great Location

Posted Apr 19, 2014
Cons: Front Desk Personal
Location: N/A
Everything was as expected except the women at the front desk when arrived - Very un-professional - we arrived early and were not allowed an early check in. We requested a late checkout and once again we were denied in a very snooty manner

Very Eye Pleasing Hotel!

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: The TV welcomed us when we got into the room with a displayed message saying "Welcome, last name" made our stay seem a little more personal.
Booked this hotel last minute, and it did not disappoint! Faint smell of cig smoke in the Lobby, but not in the rooms. Elevator was glass and made people watching fun. Also loved the lit trees and Water features in the Lobby.

AMAZING WEDDING!!!!!!!

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: The Spa is wonderful and the whole resort is spotless!
Cons: The showerhead! You cannot move it and it sprays straight into the wall. I'm only 5'3" and it was spraying my face!
The staff at Isleta was by far the most amazing group of people we have dealt with. Fro booking until check out anything we needed was taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond and it was truly the best experience of our lives. George R, George S, Rachael, Esther, Kacie, Conrad, Julianna & Nicholette were the sweetest people and we will be back for our anniversaries ion the years to come! I cannot wait to return with our family and friends! Sorry if I forgot anyone :)

Not impressed

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: none. had to go into Albuquerque to entertain my 2 children.
the woman at the front desk was less than excited to be there. very unfriendly. Room furniture is out dated. 1 robe per room?? Guess we should share? the make-up mirror in the bathroom was falling apart. walls need repair and repainting. Pillow cases were not changed. (we stayed 2 nights). Player's rewards are a joke! I signed up for a card and was told that if i earn 20 points "i might" win something. Played for several hours and swiped my card at the one working kiosk i could find and there were no rewards earned. :( took the kiddos to the pool; ordered a glass of wine, it came in a plastic cup and was not even 1/4 full! went to the "fun" center not so FUN. rude staff

NICE casino hotel.

The Isleta is a typical casino hotel with a southwestern flair. There is a smell of smoke in the common areas (lobby, restaurants, etc.) but did not have a problem with that in my room. The casino is fairly small but has the newest slots. I will stay again if in the area and looking for reasonable rate for a room.

Convenient. Golf course is excellent for outings.

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Location. elevator.
Cons: Bathroom in room 333.
Location: A Golf vacation destination. Plenty of museums and activities. Santa Fe only an hour away.
Booked 4 night stay on Expedia 2 double beds $105 a night. Room assigned at check in was a King with a rollaway. "Convention overbooked. Sorry, try again tomorrow at noon." Nothing ever found. Bathroom shower was ridiculous. Leaked. Slow drain. Too small for shower head. Unacceptable. Only one sitdown breakfast place. Embers Steakhouse closed before midnight on a Saturday night. 11:30 pm on Wednesday.

Casino Hotel

Posted Mar 21, 2014
Pros: The one bed that we did have was comfortable, and the pool was nice.
This hotel smelled of cigarette smoke everywhere you went, even in our non smoking bedroom. We were given a different room from the one we booked which had 2 queen beds and instead there was only a room with one bed so one of us had to sleep on a pull out sofa, that was extremely uncomfortable. The window had a screne over it that you could'nt see through so no wonderful views as promised in online info. I realize this hotel is aimed at people that wish to drink, smoke and gamble, but I thought there would ba an area that was smoke free.
