“Great value”

from the moment we walked in the receptionist was friendly, helped with directions and tips for the Balloon Fiesta. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

“Sunny side of the street”

The folks at this la Quinta were quick and proficient . The room was the cleanest and airiest I experienced on a swing throught three western states .

“hard to sleep with barking dogs”

For the most part my stay was good, but the room next to me had left their dog alon,e and it barked for more than an hour. I finally had enough and asked for another room. The staff was very helpful in switching my room.

“Great value - great choice.”

Very nice hotel and exceptional value. The hotel and the rooms were clean. The King room was spacious with a large bathroom. Everything you'd expect from a nice hotel. Good location. The continental breakfast was fine - everything you'd expect. The best part was the value - pretty cheap considering the amenities and the quality of the hotel. Highly recommend it.

“Nice hotel and nice price”

The hotel was clean, in a good neighborhood and right off the interstate. There are resturants and gas stations near by for an easy on off expierence. I would recommend this hotel. It is not the newest but it was clean and the hotel employees were very friendly.

Area recommendations

We only spent the night and then back on the road, can't tell you much about the city but it looks very interesting and I look forward to coming back.

“Shocked and Disappointed!! Never Going Back!”

I do not recommended this hotel! We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms and outside pool area. Although staff is helpful and accomadating, we will not be returning!

Area recommendations

I recommended traveling further into Albuquerque in areas such as the North East Heights. In the neighborhood we stayed in many people are walking around some not so friendly.

“Urine a LaQuinta Inn”

Upon checking in and going to our room, we noticed an odd odor throughout the room as well as damp carpet. We later discovered a discolored pillow case on our daughter's bed which appeared to be urine. We immeidately let the front desk know that we would not be returning to this La Quinta.

“Its OK Its Alright”

The hotel was nice overall, the problem was the noise factor on the upstair rooms. Especially facing the freeway. Also, the doors to the hallway had alot of spacing thus allowing more noise from the other guest coming and going and talking loud. On the other hand the rooms were comfortable and very spacious. I will go back just not get the rooms facing the freeway. Thanks MM

“Very Nice and Dog Friendly”

We periodically travel with our pooch, Maggie the Lab, and finding a dog friendly motel that is clean and friendly is not all that easy. This La Quinta met those stringent requirements and sported comfortable beds to boot! The floor, bedding and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The room was well-appointed with up to date furnishings and towels that were large and absorbent. The only problems we noted was a bedside light that didn't function and there was a small stain on the carpet. I noted some reviewers have complained about the freeway noise; we were in a third floor room next to the freeway and I really didn't notice any noise that I would consider excessive. Perhaps these people were light sleepers... I was "dog-tired" and my wife, Maggie and I slept without problem. I would say to people who travel with pets -- clean up after them! Those of you who leave your animals excrement laying around outside in the lawn areas around dog friendly motels make it tough on all of us who travel with pets. Walking around some of the lawn areas surronding dog friendly motels is like trying to negotiate a "dog-muffin" mine field. Pick up after your pet!
