“Nice Experience”

The rooms are very homey and comfortable and yet elegant in appearance. The complementary breakfast was very good and all of the staff, from the restaurant staff to the room maids, were very friendly and courteous.

“Diamond in the Rough”

Ignore the facade of this place...it is by no means memorable...except for one large granite tablet out front. If you didn't know any better, you would simply drive by based on 1st impressions and the other available hotels in the near vicinity. However, this place was really nice for our family. Once inside, you'll be impressed with the layout, which previously operated as an inn like on holiday. I trusted the traveler reviews on Expedia when I booked this place and was not let down. We had an Executive Suite which was great for us & the 2 kids (1 y/o & 4 y/o). 2 separate rooms with French doors in between. Everyone slept well. Indoor pool was fun. Food was great!! Breakfast was amazing with omelettes made to order and full buffet spread. This was well beyond our experiences at other "complimentary breakfast" hotels (not that those aren't bad, simply put, this was above expectations). People were very friendly. 4 free drink coupons from the bar on site were a first for us as well. 800 miles in the car with 2 kids warranted at least one drink for each of us. We'd definitely stay there again.

The MCM ELEGANTE is a very clean and comfortable hotel. It was conveniently located to the airport and convention center. All staff was courteous, very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. I had three rooms and all occupants agreed this was and enjoyable stay and a great value for the money. We would definately stay here again.

My hubby and I had such an AWESOME time that we wished we could stay longer. We are planning another get-away for sometime in August. Hopefully to stay for 4-5 days.

“The Good and the Bad”

We requested a luggage rack as there was none in the room. None was ever delivered. We also had only a partial phone book and needed another, they delivered that right away. We had a medical services need and they assisted in getting us to the right place. Free breakfast was really good. The free shuttle to the airport was a real bonus.

Desk staff outstanding, pleasant and accomodating. Location great to jump off interstate and back on. Our room was fabulous, gorgeous and immaculate. Breakfast had a very large selection and made to order omelets. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a room. Have highly recommended to all our friends.
