Expectation from a Marriott was greater than what.Posted Nov 2, 2013
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Update the rooms- complete rooms.
Location: Lots a things to do. Great adventures around Albuquerque.
View from room window was of a/c equipment. Room looked tired and old like the inside of the hotel. Bed was good and comfortable. Staff was ok but not overly friendly. It wasn't bad but just no "WOW" factor. Other hotels are , even older ones, seem more welcoming. The room didn't have a refrigerator and when I called they brought one. The bedside telephone didn't work so they came and reset it. Just wasn't a good start they were friendly enough just not real friendly.

Pros: Proximity to main roads.
Cons: Water should be free in the room.
Location: Close to everything
The hotel was great=except for a faulty air vent that made noise when it was on.

Pros: The lobby was nice.
Cons: Refurbish the rooms completely. Add free internet and breakfast.
We stayed at this hotel in October 2013 for a couple of nights. The place feels like it's in a HUGE need of renovation. Not only did the furniture in the rooms look outdated and cheap, but also the bathroom looked awful and you could see the wear and tear everywhere. I couldn't force myself to take shower there! This hotel feels like a glorified motel with this outdated wallpaper and scratched plywood desk. The hotel also feels cheap, even a much cheaper hotel would have more to offer. There was no complimentary shower cap, the soap smelled like it were from a rural gas station. Breakfasts aren't included, of course - it's Marriott, baby! And the internet isn't free either, you have to pay $13 per day. Even cheap motels have free wi-fi! But hey, it's Marriott, baby, remember? But the absolutely worst thing was the broken plumbing - you could hear people flushing the toilet all the way above you (we were on the 2nd floor). All night straight! Every 5-10 min. someone flushes the toilet and you hear it as if it happens in your room. Very annoying! We had to change the room and the plumbing was broken in that part of the building too (they put us on the 3rd floor). The beds are VERY hard, so unless you don't mind feeling stiff in the morning, stay away from this hotel.

Honeymoon NightPosted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: It felt like a high- end hotel but without the high- end price.
Cons: Better in room coffee and cream, not the powder dairy product.
Location: Excellent location, easy access to interstate 25, north and south. A short drive to historic Old Town ABQ and 55 miles north to Santa Fe.
We only stayed one night. The room or suite was just the right size for our brief stay. We had breakfast , room service, in the morning, all was delivered as promised.

We only stayed one night, the service elevators were being repaired so we got to ride the main elevators with house keeping and trash bins. Not pleasant.
