Comfortable beds

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing time. Asst manager came and talked with us very professional and courteous. Friendly staff and breakfast was delicious.

Nice Hotel

Our room was big and comfy and clean. However, the bathroom was very small and we could hear all the flushed toilets around us because they were very loud :/

Rude front desk.

Checked into room and bed was torn apart and mattress leaning against the wall. Notified the front desk and they replied with let us call you back. They didn't return the call so I called the front desk and they said we have a different room come and get your keys. No offer to help move anything or friendliness. Seemed annoyed with me.

Bad service

The swimming pool was cold and had no towels on all three occasions that we used the pool. When towels were requested only a handful were brought to a full pool so had to request towels twice on one occasion just to get one. The room was clean but room service came very late in day twice when my littlest was taking afternoon nap.

As a traveller tip: Please feel free to ask the front desk of any hotel that you stay in for a time range to have your room serviced . The room had no refrigerator, the hotel details described an indoor pool and spa. There was no spa and the pool is half indoor and half outdoor. The room described a game room and it was was no longer available. The room had a very uncomfortable smell, I had to leave the window open all night.

Thank you for staying with us and we are sorry that your stay was unsatisfactory. We do not have refreigerators in all of our guest room currently, but do have them in our 56 suites. In addition, we do have a limited number available upon request on a first come first serve basis. Based on the feedback from our guests, we are hoping to add refrigerators to all of our guest room in our future renovation. Please accept our apology regarding the confustion on the spa and pool. We will see to hvaing this information corrected. In regard to the game room, it was very recently closed due to the sale of the outside business that operated it. Ok hotel...no free breakfast? Really?

Now days even $35 a night hotels have a "free" breakfast!! This place has a, what I thought was a free breakfast, that cost me $35. I figure if I spend $80 for a room a meal is included. Won't stay at this place again!!

As a full service hotel, we do not include breakfast in our regular rates and instead offer a full breakfast menu for our guests or the option of a buffet which includes made to order omelets and waffles. Again we are sorry for your disappointment.

Casino Tour

Pros: Nice and lean.
Cons: More coffee in room.
Location: Location was close to all the places we visited. The construction was annoying but that was not your fault.
My wife and I passed thru town and were very happy with the service and room. The Desk clerk was very polite and helpful and he made us fill comfortable.

DISAPPOINTING

exploring New Mexico, chose this location because of the Marriott brand. initial room overlooked the kitchen's roof so we had exhaust fumes blowing into the window; also light in the entryway by the door was flashing, requested a different room, somewhat better but overall disappointing. Food in the restaurant was barely tolerable but the service was pleasant. would not recommend and will not stay there again. Heavy roadway construction just outside property makes location extremely inconvenient
