Could have been good.Posted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very friendly, helpful staff, exceptionally clean. Would have like for exit door near my room to have been unlocked during the day for easier unloading and loading of my vehicle. A/C was noisy. My biggest complaint, and this is make or break for me, internet access was poor, only able to check my email about once per hour if I was lucky. Even leaving web pages open for extended times they wouldn't load. Staff explained it was an long term unresolved issue with CenturyLink. But that doesn't do me any good. Of note, I saw staff mixing up a container full of white liquid from powder in laundry room, take it to breakfast area and placed it by cereal. While I wasn't planning on eating there, I sure wouldn't have after seeing that.

This hotel is away from the city about 10 miles. Next door is a truck stop, and an adult bookstore. We arrived late in 100 degree heat. The air conditioning in the first room did not work at all. The clerk was wonderful, and gave us another room. The air was okay, but nothing phenomenal. This hotel allows smoking, so that 'aroma' was in the halls. I do NOT recommend this location.

Convenient, close to I-40Posted Jun 18, 2013
The woman who checked us in was very nice and recommended some restaurants for us. The room was clean and looked nice, but it was very small. The bathroom had some strange flaws: toilet seat would not stay up, electric plug too close to mirror to use easily, toilet paper holder in an odd location, no towel rack near the sink. A hair dryer was available on request, not provided in the room. The breakfast was adequate (fresh waffles, watermelon & oranges, cereal, bread, bagels, pastries, milk & orange juice), but some items were not replenished when they ran out (at 7:30 a.m.). Overall, it was OK and I would stay there again.

Small rooms at this hotel, but they're nice and cozy nonetheless.

Great stay.....short or long term!Posted Apr 11, 2013
Pros: The hotel was nice and comfortable.
Cons: There was no fridge or microwave in the room.
Location: The location was great! It was right off the interstate and had a 24 hour store & gas station across the street; along with a Denny's connected.
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndam in Albuquerque, NM was a great place to stay! The staff was pleasant, rooms were nice and clean. The main issue I had is there was not a microwave and fridge in the room like I was told there would be during booking. The lack of those important items was disappointing but the overall experience was great and made up for what was lacking. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again myself.
