“Quality Service”

I've stayed at many Quality Inn Motels and I will continue to stay with Quality Inn Motels as long as they continue to have quality services.

“I would stay there again.”

THe hotel was very quiet for being it right off the freeway. The only problem was that the shower curtain smelled dirty. other than that it was great.

“Just okay”

The room was adequate and clean but the service was a little lacking. I called for towels and he told me I could come down and get them from the front desk. I think they may have had too few employees on duty (I only saw two the whole time I was there) but it was still bad service.

“Neat and simple”

The room was adequate and it was clean. We had enough space for our things in the room but more counter space in the bathroom would be nice. I was kinda disappointed that the room we wanted was not available (we asked for one bed but had to get a room with two as all the single rooms were taken or not available. The price we got on Expedia was reasonable and a good deal compared to normal rates. Thanks!

“Second time around wasn't all that great...”

Upon arrival at the hotel, I didn't have a room and when I was finally given a room it was on the top floor next to noisy guests. My bed was half made up the first morning and as I requested a non-smoking room, I had to walk thru an obvious smoking section to get to my room. The key card I was given for the duration of my stay only worked for the first day. This wasn't the best stay I had at a hotel, it certainly could have been much better.
