The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to work with us was exemplary. Our first suite had a view of the roof, and the staff was great in relocating our room. We were so appreciated. It was wonderful to begin each day with a complete breakfast! We were always greeted by staff and made to feel quite welcome.

This was a beautiful room, with a wonderful apartment-quality kitchenette and a large, comfortable bedroom and bath. Amenities were very nice, also, including the pool and exercise room which were well above average in size and quality. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, potatoes, belgian waffles--very nice. Staff highly friendly and professional. Just an excellent experience--will definitely use it again!

“Fabulous Stay”

Outstanding hotel for value and comfort. I stayed in a Residence Inn in Tampa and loved it, never thinking this chain could top itself but it did in Albaquerque. I arrived at 5:30am and the wonderful person (with a smile) behind the desk allowed me to check in very early and even made sure I could find my room. The room was spotless, and even nicer than the one in Tampa. The staff are exceptionally friendly, parking is easy and safe, and best yet is the proximity of the hotel to the airport and to the highway (for access to many sites). Loved it. Plan to make Residence Inn my hotel of choice whenever possible.
