We had another wonderful stay. Breakfast was great, room clean and comfy. Easy access to everything.

Everything went well exxcept I asked for a room with two beds given that my adult son and I were traveling together. What we got was a room with one queen bed and a pull-out sofa which had a terrible wire spring mattress with NO paddng over the springs. We complained and asked for a two bed room but none was "available". A foam topper was added to the sleep sofa which was minimally better but still far from comfortable.

Pros: Nearby restaurants
Outstanding value for the price! Great room. Plenty of restaurants near by. Bike trail connecting to other areas of Albuquerque directly behind our hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

easy access to our destinations

Overall the stay was nice. I prepaid the hotel and the hotel charged me again , which I had to call the hotel several times to take care of the overcharge. I called Hotel.com and they assisted me promptly with the credit to my account.

This is a good place to stay if you are looking for clean and functional. It has a nice kitchen area, living space, bed, & bath. It is clean. Great deal for the price and is nicer than the other options in the area.

We love all the Residence Inns we stay at. This one in Albuquerque was wonderful and the staff were all very nice. The breakfast was great.

Pros: Close to restaurants and lots of hot water.
Cons: Barking dog left in room alone and lack of cleanliness.
Location: Great,
Floor hadn't been vacuumed, first night only had onne towel (12/17) and had barking dog in room next door (12/26), to which manager replied that there was nothing he could do until room occupant returned. They do have tons of hot water, which makes it much better than the other Residence Inn in town, and close to restaurants.

In a business park
Posted Jan 27, 2010 on Hotels.com
As I remember the hotel was not that easy to access, but it was next to a major road which we needed to access the next day. There were some restaurants in the vicinity, but basically this is a hotel to service visitors to the adjacent business park.
