“Room great, restaurant service awful.”

Room was clean and well appointed. Everything about the room was excellent. Front desk service was excellent and they offered a free ride to the airport with a cheerful driver. I cannot offer a completely favorable review because the service in the hotel restaurant was absolutely awful. I ate there four times as I count on the hotel restaurant to get me out in the morning and provide a late dinner. Each time I was there, the servers would disappear for long stretches, sometimes twenty minutes at a time, with no alternate restaurant personnel in sight . At the end of the meal there was no one to pay so I was virtually trapped for fifteen minutes. An airport restaurant should train their people better.

“MTR5959”

The Sheraton is a comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean and nicely decorated. It is located near the airport but I did not hear any noice at all. I recommend this hotel.

We hiked the Sandia Mountain, it was gorgerous.

Great hiking in the area, hiked the Sandia Crest trail.

“Stay at Albuquerque”

This is a great hotel. Close to the airport and serves a great beer at the bat.

“A happy surprise”

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is unassuming but the food is consistent and even excellent for a local restaurant; a surprise for an airport hotel. Restaurant dining service is cordial and welcoming. I enjoyed my visit.

“Convenient and Courteous”

This was perfect for us as we were leaving early in the morning. It is very close to the airport and the service is spectacular. The shuttle service is fabulous and the drivers were more than courteous and helpful.

“Nice Hotel for the Price, I Would go back again”

This was a nice hotel. Very clean and fresh. The front desk was helpful. The shuttle service was very quick and ready to help. We had a ride to the airport right away. We didn't have any issues with our rooms.

“Nice hotel”

Nice hotel, but they had problems with our reservation. We booked our reservation for a king bed but were given a room with 2 queens. When we checked in, they confirmed us for 3 nights, but on the 2nd day our keys didn't work and they said our reservation was only for 1 night. We printed up our Expedia itinerary for them to clarify the issue. The next day, our keys again didn't work. So after 2 trips to the front desk for key/reservation issues, we were finally able to get into our room. The hotel was nice, clean and modern, but they definitely have issues at the front desk!!
