Could not sleep all night

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Closest hotel to the Albuquerque airport. and modern. I also liked that it had a magnifying makeup mirror. And the mandarin mint soap was a nice touc
Cons: Silence for sleepers!
The heating and air conditioning unit was high on the wall across from my bed and extremely noisy. When the a/c was on, it blew right on my face. Even when I shut it off, it ran all night at a lower level of noise that sounded like a toilet running. Could not sleep at all.

Good value but somewhat remote

Posted Oct 13, 2014
The staff is great. Fortunately the food is good too because there really isn't anything else close by.

Excellent in a pinch!

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Nice and close to the airport.
Cons: Free wifi. Come on, this is just lame to have to pay. Especially on the club.
Location: Go to the airport FAST.
We dropped into this place last minute when we decided to be nearer to the airport the night before our flight. The room was nice and the club level was very quiet.

We are a preferred hotel of many guests, but as in your case our hotel hits the mark for early flight travelers with our proximity to the airport. Not only are we in walking distance to the airport, but we also offer a park and fly option that if desired includes shuttle service to and from the airport. We hope to see you back soon! Happy Travels! Ryan Platow Director of Operations

obvious septic problem

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Nothing had burnt pizza in restaurant for dinner. Suppect it was a frozen product. Staff at desk not helpful. Paid an unexpected 5$ to park outside
Cons: retraining of staff. Get a new janitor or physical plant staff restrict teams to there own floor to allow others to rest.
Location: Airport
Entered the third floor with a terrible septic smell. All night all who exited elevator which was right across from our room laughed uncomfortably at the terrible smell. We placed a towel at our door to keep the smell out with little success. We also shared the hotel with several loud college golf teams and the hometown UNM football team!!! Awful.

Modernized hotel close to airport

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: nice decor & clean. nice place to eat on location
Cons: microwve and fridge would be nice
Very nice people - at the desk, shuttle drivers, receptionists. Clean updated rooms. No microwave or refrigerators. Free wifi in lobby, need to pay in the room. A great place to stay to "pre-position" for an early morning flight out of ABQ

Well appointed hotel close to Albuquerque airport.

Posted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Bathroom, beds, generous rooms.
Cons: The restaurant menu aimed high but did not seem to specifically provide the type of meal we were looking for - some small snack - but we didn't ask.
Location: Albuquerque Airport. Explore Albuquerque or take the Sandia Shuttle or car to Santa Fe to visit museums, art galleries and jewellery/craft shops.
Stayed one night prior to leaving for the airport very early in the morning. We had walked to the hotel from the airport in the evening having taken the shuttle service from Santa Fe but took the hotel's 24/7 shuttle service back to the airport in the morning. Reception was courteous and very helpful. We didn't eat there but did enjoy the room facilities. In the days before this we had walked in the canyons, visited Pueblo villages, enjoyed the local cuisine and looked round both the Science Museum and the Historical Museum in Los Alamos and now needed to catch an early flight with the minimum of fuss.

Cons: printer at computer table.
Location: location is perfect, if you like to stay near the airport. only a short ride to numerous great restaurants and the downtown Albq. vibe.
only there one night but it was a clean, comfortable room, staff was very freindly, good bar, all-around pleasant stay
