Pros: Pool and rooms.
Cons: Lounge on the executive level. I had to ask the front desk to stock the drinks.
Location: Location was excellent.
We had a wonderful time. However, the lounge on the Executive level did not meet our expectations.

Very comfortable and economical stay.

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Contemporary look, without compromising cleanliness. Friendly and informative staff. Proximity to many points of interest in Albuquerque.
Cons: Keep doing what you are doing, it's working wonderfully.
I absolutely loved my stay here at the Sheraton Hotel by the Airport. I was greeted quickly and was checked in by a lady who was very friendly and informative. I was impressed by the contemporary look of the hotel, and cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, and bar area. I then went looking for my room and I could see there had been some renovation done to this hotel, including new lighting and carpeting throughout. My room had a very contemporary look, with everything being in order and very clean. The floor I was staying in, was very quiet, which is a big plus for me. I ordered room service, and although they informed me it would be 30 - 45 minute wait, it arrived well before that. The food at the restaurant was very good, the bar service was great. I have to make sure I compliment friendly staff members that made my stay very enjoyable, specifically Devon the bartender, Ruby the waitress, and Phillip, who always greeted me at breakfast time. These are the kind of people that add that special touch and make your stay very enjoyable. Keep up the great work you all do. It separates you from the traditional hotel chain monotone approach. Yes, I would definitely come back and stay with you, and Yes, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice rooms, but service was terrible

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Nice rooms
Cons: Quality of staff
1. The front desk "held" the wrong amount on my credit card for the incidentals - it should have been $50, but they charged $96. 2. The restaurant staff absolutely sucked, and the food was terrible. The waitress never came back to refill our waters much less check if we needed anything. We had to get another waitress to bring our bill to us.

Great hotel, great price, conveniently located.

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: Everything! From the price to the condition and presentation of all and everything involved with the hotel.
Cons: Nothing as long as the staff continues to be diligent in all aspects of the hotel business.
Location: Great shopping experiences; great restaurants; and great events well coordinated by the City officials.
Staff were helpful and friendly; the facilities were clean and well maintained; hallways and rooms were very clean and fresh smelling; and the room was very comfortable.

Nice but warm

Posted Jul 5, 2015
The cleanliness and staff were great. The hotel is beautiful but the air conditioning in our room was not working. They would have moved us rooms if we would have let them know. But we didn't check in until midnight and just wanted to sleep.

Name brand hotel close to Isotopes Park

Though right next to the entrance to the airport, there was no noticeable plane noise. Only negatives were one malfunctioning elevator and a false fire alarm. Very nice property and restaurant.

Nice room, very dirty swimming pool

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Wonderful room very comfortable bed. The outdoor pool not so nice. It had a lot of dirt on the bottom and floating all over the pool. Did not want to get in, it was that dirty. But nice staff and close to airport.
