Property was in poor condition. I booked a room for 289 dollars. It was way too expensive for its quality. Bathroom door did not close and a furniture almira's door kept opening up itself. It could have hit my 4 year old daughter.

Perfect place to stay other than the heat blew out cool air all night. Tried to turn it off and continued to blow cool air right in our faces all night long. Didn’t sleep much. Get that fixed and a perfect place to stay.

Hotel smelled nice and was very clean, modern, and well kept. We had a pretty view of the Sandia mountains from our room.

We called 2 days before our arrival and ask to have connecting rooms, they confirmed that we will have a connecting room, upon arrival they said that it is not possible bc those rooms were given to someone else , they offered discount which was nice but the rooms were really old with popcorn ceiling and tub spout was broken in the bathroom so my girls have to shower in another room on the 6th floor which was more modern.

Started slow finished strong
The front desk man put us in room 212. It was awful! It smelled like a combo of pee and smoke. We sat there for 15 minutes then I went down and asked for a new room. They put us in a new room on the 4th floor and it was great. Rest of the stay was great! Compliments to joy at the front desk for being kind and professional!

Check in was terrible. The girl who checked me seemed to be high on something. She had purple hair and seemed too be in a daze. I told her I was staying in an executive suite. She checked me into a regular room. I went back to her and explained to her again that I booked an executive suite. Finally some one came to help her and found my reservation. This person should not be at the front desk.

The evening front desk employee didn't let us know that the hotel card key was to be swiped in the elevator in order for us to reach our floor ... We had to figure it out ourselves ... She also told us that during morning hours, we could get breakfast from the restaurant located inside the hotel ... When we asked the morning front desk employee, she clarified that the only available 'sit down' area was the tiny Starbucks also located in the hotel ... We weren't interested in the prepackaged, pricey fare offered by Starbucks so we walked to the nearest restaurant ... Clarifications are needed for travelers ! Please provide helpful suggestions when asked because they ARE needed ! Thanks ...
