Um local agradável, confortável. Porem me direcionou para um endereções para pegar a chave. Quando cheguei no local, fui atendida por uma senhora que me levou para outro local, bem distante daquele. Cheguei la fui atendida por outra pessoa que nao encontrava a minha reserva, com bastante dificuldade localizou em outro endereções que era oposto de onde estava. Tive que ir ate la pegar as chaves. Peguei as chaves. E fui para o outro lado da cidade para o apartamento. Quando cheguei no aparatam estava sujo e desarrumado. Telefonei para o responsável que pediu pra eu voltar ao local e pegar a chave de outro apartamento. Com certeza me neguei a ir, ate que resolveram levar a chave ate o local. No check out tive que ir do outro lado da cidade para entregar a chave. Muito desagradável. Perdi a minha tarde em pegar as chaves e poder me instalar. Experiencia ruim.

Det Hotels.com borde skriva med STORA bokstäver är att hotellets reception är helt stängd, och det står bara på spanska. Kom till "hotellet" sen på kvällen, då det hade strulat med flyg och transport. När vi kom dit var dörren låst. Man kunde endast checka ut mellan 09-10, och ankomma mellan 17-20. Dock kunde man INTE checka in på det hotellet, utan ett annat som låg 3-3,5 km längre bort, så man är tvungen att ha bil (hade varit bra att få den informationen innan, då taxi inte finns). Fruktansvärt dåligt av hotels.com att inte informera om detta riktigt, samt att det inte stod på dörren vart man skulle ta sig för att få nyckeln, inte heller ett nummer att ringa. Lägenheten var under all kritik... Trasig duschkabin, trasig toalett mm. Långt om länge, träffade vi ett spanskt par, som varit där i flera år, som visade oss vart vi skulle. Även utcheckning kunde bara ske via det andra hotellet. Fruktansvärt helt enkelt, och det rekommenderas inte ett besök! Vi är så besvikna och kommer kräva pengarna tillbaka, samt ersättning för resa till och från hotellen. Wi-Fi fanns inte heller, samt att det inte fanns något nära att köpa, inte ens vatten. Då var man tvungen att ta bilen. Alcossebre i övrigt var helt fantastiskt och rekommenderas starkt, men inte detta hotell.

Déçue
Difficultés à trouver le lieu de séjour, personnel de la résidence Marcomar désagréable, ne prends pas la peine de nous orienter malgré les multiples demandes concernant le lieu de l'appartement. Appartement propre et bien équipé, mais équipements dans un état déplorable. (meubles sans poignées, porte de douche qui ne se ferme pas, porte serviettes cassé, poignée de fenêtre cassée: impossible d'ouvrir celle-ci; stores qui ne se baissent pas...) Le lieu de la résidence reste tout de même sympathique.

Une grosse arnaque
Je suis partie pour passer un séjour agréable avec ma famille quel déception arriver sur place une catastrophe pas de climatisation dans les chambres appartement dans un êta déplorable pas possible de manger dedans pas de casserole un truc de fou jamais vue cela la faïences tombe dans la douche je suis partie avant la fin du séjour une honte comment on peut loué du rêve alors que cet un cochmar
