"I very rarely write reviews but this hotel over delivered in every aspect and certainly warrants a review. The facilities were fantastic, everything extremely well cared for and constantly cleaned and kept tidy. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, enthusiastic, caring and professional, it was so refreshing to see this level of dedication and service which is hard to find now. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are a cyclist as they have incredible secure...

"Lovely property, complete with meandering paths around pools and ponds. A small flock of mallards who preferred the pool to the pond was an unexpected twist to pool time, which delighted our 2 year old. The staff was very friendly and accommodating in the hotel. Restaurant staff was less sharp, but fine. Food was about what you expect from a buffet, fine but not much to write home about. Grilled veggies on the a la carte menu for the pool grill were perfectly done."

"The hotel staff were always very polite, cheerful, friendly and competent. Our Loft room was excellent and perfectly serviced every day by a charming cleaning lady. But, a couple of things not so good - we were told that there was no need to reserve a table in the hotel restaurant for dinner but that was clearly not the case. Worst of all was the total lack of taxis to venture away from the hotel. We tried to go to Alcudia market, made an early start at 8.45am, waited over an hour at the hotel...

"Great hotel! With nice selection of swimming pools inside and beach. Amazing staff! Well done to Linda and Ines (dining room managers) they couldn’t really answer which food got walnuts and pecans, or might have (my son’s allergy) but they did everything they could possibly do, to make sure food is safe for my kid! Even told me chef can cook a meal just for him. Seriously brilliant customer service. Very clean around, nice activities for kids. Overall very pleasant stay."

"Nice pool, access to both apartment and hotel pool. Very close (about 200m from the beach) so nice short walk. Decent view, was of the road and the trees beyond but depends where you are, some had view of the back which was grasslands and some of the pool. Sometimes staff didn't quite understand what was being said, but this wasn't very major and to be expected when visiting a country foreign to your own. This didn't really impact my stay very much."

The outdoor facilities, such as pools and gardens were very good and well kept. Out problems were partly due to the flight. Because of the weather the, the pilot did not want to land at Palma; he killed the approach and flew us back to Barcelona where we were dumped with no help, advice or food. Our arrival time at Palma was to be 15.10 on the 10th of Sept.; our eventual arrival time at our Hotel in Mallorca was 04.00 Hrs on the 11th Sept. After check in we went our room to find there was no water. We are moved to another room but had to move back to the first room after 4 hours sleep. The room had hot water but not cold Water!! We were delayed again, having missed dinner the day before we nearly missed breakfast which closed at 11.00 AM. Although we had contacted the help of line of Expedia and were promised a rerun call Tel. call, we had no help and no call.

All excellent. The property, the food, the staff, cleanliness. All amazing. Overall rating is not 5 stars just because a proper beach with umbrellas and sun beds is reachable by bus to Pollença or Alcudia.
