Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback. If there is a sauna advertised on the site, we are sorry for this misinformation. I have now gone through our description on hotels.com and I can't seem to find any information that our hotel has a sauna, so hopefully this information is no longer there.I am sorry you feel misled by our pictures. All of our pictures on the website are taken from several rooms around the hotel. With 165 rooms in the hotel the view from a room will unfortunately vary depending on the room you have. If there was any specific you wanted to have a view of we gladly will take any room wishes from our guests and try to accommodate this if possible. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay fully. Kind Regards,

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. It's true that you are writing that we unfortunately due to covid and the christmas break that there are fewer guests staying at the hotel. Due to this we ended up closing a lot of our floors to save electricity and be sustainable. We would have absolutely found you a different room if you came by the reception and asked us as we will always try and give our guests the best room experience as we can, so we are sorry that you were not satisfied with your room. We do hope to see you again at our hotel when the society opens up so that you are able to experience all that we have to offer at our hotel.
