The only issue I have is they show the room having a coffee maker, but they did not have one. Also, there is no access to the office. All transactions have to be conducted from the outside. Not allowing one's customers into the office reeks of distrust of one's customers. It makes me wonder exactly what kind of people they cater to.

The water was barely warm. The heater did not work at all. The smell in the room was horrible. I had to bring a personal heater. I purchased air freshener to attempt to maintain the smell in the room. The front desk associate was very rude. The comfort of the bed and housekeeping staff were the only two things that help me get by with my stay. They communicated effectively and appropriately. They also made sure I stayed with clean towels. I was here because my pipes at home were frozen and bursted. I also had to travel back and forth to work. Coming back to a place like this after a long day of work was unfortunate. I hate that I couldn’t wash my hair because of how low the temperature of the water was. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.

Drug motel.. sheets and mattress had burn holes. Cigarette stains on vanity. Cushions on sofa miss matched. Person in room above me had to be on meth moving furniture all night and morning. I left bc it was so disgusting

I wish I would have taken pictures of the place the walls were dirty. The a/c had to be cleaned before we turned it on. The bathroom sink had hair on it. We had ro fully clean the bathroom before we used it. The chair in the room was dirty and stained. It had old towels behind the dresser. It did not look anything like the pictures they had on the site. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

If you HAVE TO, otherwise skip this one . Maids are nice ,but rooms are in need of repair. Bedding was itchy, ruined , burnt. Bathroom was yucky. Trash behind bed frames. It has a mini frig tv phobe and coffee maker. Heater works.

The room was cold check in around 9 pm then called front disk we have no heat we check it tomorrow . It was working no way . I took the front cover off it has not been cleaned or service in 5 years the way it was rusted had dead bugs and razor blades in it and had a one inches of hair and fuzz built up on it I clean it then had to put a towel over it to make it heat and at 4 am it finally got to 70 degrees in the room .

The only problem was being short sheeted. The sheets were not concurrent with the blanket. It was only a half sheet, which made it impossible to get covered up correctly.

The room was lined with dead roaches as if someone purposefully swept them against the walls throughout the room. Mattress and mattress protector had brown stains. The top sheets had massive holes in them. The drawer had someone’s dirty underwear left in them and the mini fridge looked like it was never cleaned. Surprisingly the only clean part of the room was the bathroom, which was spotless.

Not only was the owner extremely rude but they charged me $15 more for a first floor room the rooms were filthy the walls and ceilings were all patched where they've been leaking the toilet was loose the bed linens were filthy had cigarette holes in them unbelievable Rat's Nest. And the AC didn't work right

I didn't like the fact that Expedia and America's Best Value didn't have pictures that showed that the property looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the photos. That hotel was an apartment complex with shady people walking and hanging out in the shadows all night.

For $50 a guy there on work its not bad. Room was clean but smelled of smoke. Parking lot area is pretty dirty but close to a lot of conveniences.

Staff for polite and courteous and made sure to keep the riff Raff down and if things got too bad kick them out immediately a major turnaround from a few years ago when this was known as one of the roughest hotels to stay at and the city of Alexandria

Would not recommend
Bed sheets were dirty and cigarette burns in sheets and bed in a non smoking room, no batteries in smoke detector. Holes in ceiling and walls, tissue stuffed in some holes to block out light. Unsafe feeling by permanent hotel residents / dwellers watching you and you come and leave. Non smoking room smelled of dense cigarette smoke.
