Our room had broken doors, parts on the floor in doorway of bathroom, lights that didn't work, chipping paint, refrigerator would work then not work. Asked for two more towels as they don't housekeep everyday staff said would bring them down when done drying and they never did. Not worth the $200 I paid will never recommend or stay there again I should get my money back. That was a king suite and it was awful!!

Employees on the very rough side. Condition of the furniture and construction quality is very low. The pool apparently hasn't worked for a long time but they still advertise it. Would rather have gone to a nice motel that charges less but at least has what they advertise.

Stayed here for a girls' night with a friend. During our stay, we grew more and more disappointed with this hotel. Specifically, the cleanliness (or lack thereof) left much to be desired. The entire room looked like it hadn't had a good cleaning in months, at least. The shower curtain was moldy. The back of the bathroom door was covered in various mystery fluids. Every single corner of the room (especially the bathroom) was just disgusting. Pieces of the window were broken and the windowsill itself was nasty. The TV was older than any other hotel I've seen, there were only a handful of channels available, and the TV wasnt programmed properly, so only maybe 20 of the 70 channels worked. The mini fridge was broken, the handle of a dresser was broken and left hanging there. With the price of this hotel being close to the other chain across the street, i definitely should have chosen the more expensive competitor. Honestly, even the "cheap motel" would have probably been a cleaner/better choice. We plan to make this trip annually, and will NOT be returning to this hotel.

We only stayed here because of LOCATION. It’s close to Cedar Pointe and restaurants around the hotel. This place needs a facelift.

The inn is showing it's age and I'm not sure from where they got those sheets. But for a one-night stay can't beat the price. And that's all we wanted. Still the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy.

It was horrible! Phone & remote didn’t work. Long black hair in the sink. Bottom foot of the white shower curtain was a dark gold and was ripped on the top. There was 2 mismatched towels. Shower had a steady stream of water running from it. There Was an iron but no ironing board. There was no elevator and had my 83 year old father with us for his brothers funeral. The only decent thing was the breakfast wasn’t bad.

Front desk clerk was super flirty, jacuzzi in room didn't work. When I asked if there was another room with one that worked I was told look at the hotel do you think theres one that works. Floors looked unmopped. I also payed for a king size bed, the bed in room looked like a queen size, when I asked about it i was rold the beds are hella small here.

Room had no power cord for TV. Toilet had very little water in it so I flushed it to fill it up and it came up and over all over the floor. Too late at night to call someone, so could not use toilet during stay.Full garbage can from previous guest. Bathroom wall had mold growing near floor. I could not go anywhere else as late at night and paid thru Expedia so I would not get my money back if I left. However bed was comfortable.

The property is dated and quite dirty. Breakfast looked like something only hung-over college kids would enjoy. I was honestly afraid to eat there because of the dirty-looking kitchen and dining room. I had a two-night reservation but checked out after only one. I felt like my skin was crawling. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly.

There was a smell to the room when we first arrived. Opened the window, but it had no screen. The refrigerator didn't work and had some mold growing in it. Ten minutes after checking in someone came to the door doing a visual check of which rooms were occupied and which were empty. Even after that we were woken up at 11:30pm by someone trying to get into our room as the hotel gave it away again to someone else. Definite problems with their system and management.

Terrible hotel - don't stay.
Pre-paid room, but it was given away prior to me checking in. Spoke to Managment who it appeared was trying to double book a pre-paid room. Was unable to get a room so slept on the couch in another person's room. TV's in room did not work, there were holes in the wall. No pillows available for the pull-out. The room was ~ $225 after taxes and one of the worst places I have been. Will never go back and recommend others don't either.

While check in was easy, the price per night did not match up to the cleanliness of the hotel. There were flies in our room, there was no shower curtain so we basically took showers and the floor got soaking wet and the people both above us and to the side of us were very noisy.

Was very disappointed. The bathroom was not cleaned and there were some rather rough smells in the hotel. The AC was not working properly in the room and it so happened we had one of the hottest days of the summer. The workout room was 3 old elliptical machines NO WEIGHTS. Rubber eggs and jiggly sausages for breakfast. Yuck! Very miserable experience.

Room 218 has a torn curtain lining. The outside curtain was coming undone from the top. The toilet had a ring inside from not being used or cleaned in awhile. There were non-hotel hangers. The breakfast area was dirty and had very limited options. Towels were very thin, scratchy and did not match. TV in suite area did not work. Carpets in the hallway were very dirty! Hotels in area were booked and it was late or we would not have stayed!!!
