“SOGA40”

It would have been nice to have had an in-house restaurant, or at least one next door. There was no availability of a hotel shuttle, but the staff was helpful in locating a nearby rental car agency. I had trouble with the business center computers; the staff was unable to help me figure out what was wrong. I was trying to print out my boarding pass for my return trip.

“Good Hotel”

Location of hotel was crazy by my GPS. The only complaint is the pillows - to soft/fluffy. Hotel staff - FANTASTIC!

“Hotel of Choice in Pineville”

Wonderful staff and the room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was a treat with Mr. A's friendly attendance. He really made the visit enjoyable! This is now my hotel of choice when visiting Pineville.

“Cute 'N' Comfy”

I have stayed in several different hotels in the Alexandria-Pineville area in recent years, and I was very pleased with Country Inn's hospitality, cleanliness, ample continental breakfast, and convenient, accessible location. I had requested a room adjacent to a relative who was staying in a handicapped room, and was thankful for the courteous service. Homey atmosphere, delicious breakfast smells, comfortable room

“Noisy and lousy help”

There is no sound damping, the people upstairs walked around at 2:00 am to 3:30 am, sounded like they were stomping. Also, the help were very noisy (our room was close to them). They promised cookies 24/7, we asked for some at 8:00, still had not made them by 11:00. I promised our kids some so guess who ended up in the doghouse?
