Front desk personnel were most helpful. The selection and freshness of the continental breakfast was great. The only issue was some leaky faucets in the bathroom, but these were addressed the day I reported it. I enjoyed the stay.

“Days Inn in PIneville”

The hotel is a little better than I expected for a budget hotel located in Pineville LA. The location is ideal for Pineville (right off the Pineville Expressway on HWY 165).

Booked this room because of location and because they had an out door pool. The location was great for where we were going, but the pool was completely empty. And the barbecue area may as well have been inside a dumpster.

Facility has definitely seen better days. If I had not paid in advance I would have found another room for the second night I was there. Carpet was in bad shape. Some of the lights did not work, the electrical outlet for the hairdryer was extremely worn and in my judgement a fire hazard. Bathroom fan did not work. The only plus was that the staff was polite and courteous.

Would never stay there again. The only positive thing was that the workers were helpfull and pleasant

I checked in and got a room key that did not work well. When I took the electronic key back to the front desk I was told "You need to try harder, the door is difficult. If you can't get it, we'll send someon to help you. The room was dingy and kinda nasty. That night a roach crawled over my hand at 10 pm while I was sitting up in bed watching tv. When I told the desk the only concern they had was that they would have to call the exterminator. I'm not squeamish and in Louisiana you expect a "visitor" now and then. But this room was disgusting.

Hotel is not clean, vending machines do not work, if you are looking for someplace to crash and really do not care about quality this is the place for you.

Could not take a bath! Tub nasty Blood stained mattress Controls on heating unit broken No coffee in am, Coffee pot frozen! but we had water in rooms?
