I’ve stayed at Holiday in Expreses before and have been very impressed. Not this one. Property interior seemed worn and outdated. Had a a Musty smell and and the room had dirty smell similar to a dirty laundry smell. Was so tired, I didn’t mention it. The mattress was very comfortable and the breakfast staff was very kind.

Staff were nice and helpful. Lia was solid in booking me. The hotel had an issue on the booking end but they sorted it out and assisted me well. Really appreciated that versus the standard corporate stance of “there’s nothing we can do”.

Everything was fine
The first room we checked into had a nonfunctioning toilet, but the front desk was able to move us to a different room. We stayed for only one night but the room was fine. Some of our towels were dingy and stained, even though they smelled clean.The chocolate milk at breakfast was spoiled even though it was in date, but the coffee was very good. The staff was very polite.

The area around the hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly. The room was clean. I have no complaints.

Such a great value. The rooms were very clean with a nice amount of space and very comfortable. Staff was great, coffee is amazing and breakfast was good. The computers and printer provided did not work easily and no one knew how to get to work. Manager disappeared when we were trying to get help. This is the one time I actually needed to use this feature and I got it solved on my own but a bit disappointed that no one knew anything.

The Hotel need an upgrade, nothing really special about it but carpet need to be changed it’s just old and the bathroom is almost terrible if I can say , the toilet bowl has a lot of brown spots maybe the water around the area isn’t really good, not sure, we only stay one night.

The staff was great. They were all eager to do what was needed. Jennifer at the front desk was particularly helpful. We loved Debra in food services. We had breakfast there every morning.

We booked a 2 queen room and got to room and was a king and all other rooms were booked so had to get a uncomfortable rolling bed to sleep on. Everything else was good except for that.

Great clean place
Nice clean room, very quiet, lots of little extras such as shampoo and conditioner. A coffee pot with K Cups. The only problem was the tv was set on a low volume that we could not turn up. Breakfast wsd good. We visited with family for one night.

We arrived late and checked easily. Breakfast was not great. Orange juice tasted spoiled. Hotel had a slight mildew smell in breakfast area and in room the morning we left. Bed had a stain on right side. Hotel seemed clean, other than that, and staff was friendly.
